I’ve been using Move Free Ultra Pro for a while now, and I can honestly feel a difference. My knees don’t feel as stiff, and I’m moving around more comfortably. A little pricey, but worth it for how much better my joints feel

Not the typical Move Free pill. Read directions.
Apparently Move Free has different types of supplements for joint health. I made a mistake and got these instead of my usual one capsule twice a day. I did not see that you have to take FOUR of these. There's no way I'm taking 4 of any pill when other products are available.
