Good product
Bought to have an extra battery for the MightyMow lawn mower I just bought; works good, fits in the mower's battery compartment even though it's taller than the batteries that came with it, and no issues with charging

When you need one, you need one.
Recently I needed my impact wrench for a home DIY project. And, when you need one, you need it. Unfortunately the Workpro battery was dead and would not charge. The charger either flashed red or just showed red without recognizing the battery at all. So, this battery was on Amazon at what I felt was a reasonable price. I put it on the charger right out of the box and it charged fine. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

Junk!!!
Purchased this battery pack based on some of the good reviews. The battery doesn't take a charge, it did in the beginning but now is it working at all. Is almost brand new battery. Save your money and buy OEM. I also tried contacting the company with no response, this is very disappointing.

We Are Happy
The kids and I bought my husband a WorkPro cordless saw for Father's Day and he loved it but, it only came with one battery which just won't do if you plan on using it much. So, he promptly ordered himself another battery and now has power to do whatever he needs to do with his saw. He uses one and charges one and has never run out of power. We are happy with the purchase of the battery and the saw.
