Will 6 inch model work for 6 inch phone (71x160mm)?

Hi My Samsung S21+ in a gel case, which measures 162x77x9mm, fits perfectly .... so your mobile should be fine.

What size would fit an iPhone 13 Pro with a case please?

This case would be rather a tight fit for The Apple 13 Pro - an overall increase in size of 10cm would be ideal.

Would this fit the iPhone XR ok?

According to Google, your phone is 5.94in or 6.1in long so should fit in a 6in or 6.9in case (although the 6.9in case is cheaper atm). But measure the vertical height of the device before purchasing to avoid ordering the wrong size.
