It knitts... and it's cheap
I waited a while to review it as I wanted to make sure it lasts and to get used to using it. I has some edges on the teeth when I first got it that would catch the yarn sometimes but they were easily removed with rubbing paper or a small file; after that it has been very reliable. 4mm and below it's great and very rarely drops a stitch. When doing panels rather than circular, you can't really use more than 44 stitches or it lifts the opposite end and makes a mess but I was able to make a loose jumper from four panels with a 110cm chest. With practice I was able to tapper in both out and in or remount pieces to join them. Taplpering out is much easier. Circular knitting is definitely what it is best at and a hat or scarft are a twenty minute job (I put a 100g ball into the one pictured in that time). The only downside to it was exactly what other have said, the counter is useless. Don't even try to use it. I count every ten rows and just mark it on a board. It would probably be worth mounting this on a table with screws as the suction feet are "okay" but not ideal. I'll be getting another when it dies, as it has already paid for itself this winter.

Nice little knitting machine
Nice and easy to use, only thing my one is sometimes skipping on row counter, so if you need something really precise it is not reliable.

Simple to use
Simple to use and made well. Bought it for my daughter for Christmas and she has made lots of lovely hats and a couple of other things already. She is very happy with it.

Worth a try.
I returned this item. After just a couple of hours use, one of the teeth broke. So it was dropping stitches and was completely unusable. But I did manage to make a hat which actually came out pretty good. Refund given with no issues. But be aware that these machines are extremely flimsy and lightweight. They’re sold elsewhere as child’s toys and they look and feel exactly like that. It was easy to assemble and instructions were clear. The wool that comes with it is awful. Really cheap, thin and rough wool that is only good for practice use. Having said that, I think it is value for money though. It’s an inexpensive hobby idea, gift or even (if it doesn’t break) a good way to make a little bit of money if you wanted. Just be aware that you will need something to position it firmly on because as I said, it’s about as stable as my ex-boyfriend.

Fantastic fun and easy to use!
I cannot praise this machine highly enough! It is stable and easy to use, and the instruction are very easy to understand when putting it together. I have used mine consistently since I bought it and its ability to knit simple, fun things, like hats, and complex projects with ease is impressive. The pink colours are lovely and it is durable and reliable. I am delighted with this knitting machine and at this price, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a go!

Row counter broken on 3 machines
This is one of the worst knitting machines I’ve used! I don’t know if this supplier just has a faulty batch but I have ordered 3 within the space of 2 weeks now, two of them the row counter started skipping rows (which I noticed after finishing a project with, what was meant to be 300 rows but ended up with 340 rows, making it too long and having to unravel the whole thing) and the handle kept getting stuck and cracking as it was spinning and sounded like it was going to snap off, the third one I’ve ordered has just arrived and after assembling it together I’ve found the row counter does not work at all 😂 I first bought a sentro knitting machine last year which had lasted me a full year and I did my final graduate collection on it so it definitely had its use, the only reason I purchased a new one was for a bit of an upgrade however every single one I’ve bought from this supplier has been faulty or broken! Would 100% not recommend if you’re needing this for anything important or of use

This is a great little machine for the price - easy to operate and to knit with in quick time. I received it at 13:00 hrs and by 15:00 hrs I had made an headband in double layer. Found a lot of free patterns on line also. The only slight negative is the suction cup feet which don't want to stick to anything, however, just a hand on the machine keeps it steady enough to work, and I will find better suction feet and replace the ones that it came with. The added wool was nice also, although it's thick for this machine. The Sentro 48 works best with fine or sport (DK) weight wool. Recommend as a fun and easy crafting tool

Absolutely terrible, does not knit panels , no matter what you do it doesn't sit properly and keeps slipping and the turn wheel gets stuck. Wool keeps slipping off the needles , even the wool that's supplied ,
