I used this auger not only to plant, but to dig some deep roots of a 10ft tree to remove (even though this probably wasnt advised by the manual) and it did so with no issues; made the job a lot easier. There’s cheaper listings for earth augers out there, but I’m glad I spent a bit extra for a quality item that will last me a while.
