**Q: What is the ultimate tension of this resistance band?**
A: Different color has different tension.Blue Band (5 - 20 lbs); Orange Band(15 - 48 lbs); Red Band (30 - 90 lbs) ; Black Band (35 - 110 lbs); Green Band(45 - 125 lbs); Purple Band (60 - 165 lbs).

**Q: I see ranges rather than a set value.  How do you know what the actual number is?**
A: The range # shows the min/max amount of resistance in pounds (90-110lbs). Depending on how far you stretch band, adding more/less resistance is how you end up with a range of weight. So it would be at least 90lbs with "X" band but no more than 110lbs, for example. If you are documenting your numbers for training purposes, you could record a middle number just to be fair. (90-110lbs...use 100lbs)

**Q: Are these heavy duty like the ones at a crossfit gym? Worried they'll snap or wear out.**
A: Depending how often you use them they will eventually wear out. They are durable and heavy duty

A buddy introduced me to resistance bands - so many advantages over free weights and just as good a workout, and this style (infinity loop) is so much better than the "string". This set has been fantastic. Great range of resistance options, comes with a bag and suggested exercises, and very well priced. Where most systems come with 4 or 5 bands, this has 6, and having the 5-15lb band is important for core, tri kickbacks, shoulder raises, and where you might want to add a just few more pounds of resistance. Make sure to get a few door anchors, and I also recco a pair of cheap, full finger gloves (cycling, gardening, doesn't have to be fancy but should be full fingers). Check youtube, too, there's a ton of quality content for workouts using resistance bands.
