The quality of the product is really good. Its well put together, feels solid and the plastic does not feel cheap at all. The design is nice and slim without any sharp or rough edges. The hinge (usually the weakest part) seems quite robust with a good level of resistance (it is easy to open but does not flap around). When closed, the cover sits tight and does not open by itself. The LED light is very bright (on max settings), you can dim it if required and change the colour too. Everything is done with a touchscreen like button that is placed on the surface of the mirror which is really cool as there is no moving parts or cheap plastic buttons than can fall off. The product arrived in a box, which I suppose I could call a gift box. I was surprised by the quality of it. It definitely gives you a premium feeling. In the box you can find a usb cable and a protective sleeve/pouch (which is really useful – no need to worry about your mirror getting scratched or damaged when dropped in a handbag with your keys or other metal objects). The other thing I need to mention is communication, seller – customer interaction. I could not have asked for a better service. I had a few questions/ concerns regarding this product and all of them were answered in no time, in a very polite and professional manner. Clearly, they do care about their customers and try to help in the best possible way. In general, my wife is very happy with this product and I would not hesitate to buy it again or any other products form the Luna range.

I've bought this for my wife for Christmas so won't get proper feedback until then. However, from my point of view this is an attractive, well-constructed thing and the lighting feature is excellent. I know she will love the rose gold colour and I suspect it will mainly be used at home or for trips away where my wife often complains about lack of mirrors and/or good lighting for make-up, In fact it was a recent short trip to Venice, staying in an apartment that prompted my search. Too early to comment on battery life yet. I'm sure the face in the mirror will improve markedly come Christmas Day too!!

The best compact mirror I have ever owned! I cannot stress how much I love this mirror! I do my makeup on the train and the 3 light modes make it very easy to make sure I don't miss a spot! It is very compact and comes with a carry pouch so I can throw it in my purse, but also use it at home on a day-to-day basis. I couldn't recommend this more - a MUST HAVE!

I bought this mirror for my Wife, it had mainly good reviews. When this was delivered it was adequately packaged with no signs of damage. When I open it there was no USB charging lead in the box, the lid didn't close securely as the plastic catch didn't engage properly and the light activation was a little hit and miss. Apart for these issues the rest of the product seemed ok but had to send it back it wouldn't securely close which is a shame. Given the price point I would have expected everything to be working as stated.

I am so happy I found this mirror! It’s amazing and the three light settings make it the perfect on the go, use anywhere, compact mirror. It’s big enough to do your make up and small enough to carry round anywhere. It’s very convenient, I have recommended it to my friends and family! Expect more orders!

So happy with my mirror! I have all 3 Luna London mirrors and I have to say this one is my favourite. The packaging is great - something you can always have on your dressing table. A cover for the mirror too so when it's in your handbag the outside of the mirror does not get scratched. Definitely worth the buy. Rechargeable so no batteries!! Great gift for birthdays or Christmas!

Very nice mirror, had wanted an LED one for a while but wanted a decent one, loved the look of the Luna London’s so purchased one. Can’t say I’m disappointed ! I was slightly disappointed when I received it as it didn’t come with a the usb cable and none of the ones I own fit. I emailed them and they replied very quickly apologising and sent me out a new compact mirror! I did not have to send back the other one. The new one arrived the next day with the USB cable so I am extremely pleased with the mirror and the excellent customer service. Thanks Luna London

I am not a lady who worries overly much about hair and make-up. I am more of a jeans and sweater sort of person. But I do wear mascara at work, and the lighting in the ladies restroom at work was clearly designed by a guy...it is appalling for applying any sort of cosmetics. It is bad. I have been using just a small mirror, about three inches across, for years. But I can only see one eye at a time, and it is impossible to see if I have an equal amount of mascara on each eye. I started looking around for an alternative...and found this! It is BIG! I can see both eyes at the same time! Nice! I have only charged it once, so far, and it has been about two months of almost daily use with no need to recharge, yet. You can adjust the amount of light, which is handy in a dark bathroom. Just be sure it is off before you shut it, because it does not turn off automatically. So far, very happy.

This is much nicer than expected. It comes in a hard box to protect the product. The packaging is very nice. Unboxing: it comes with a usb. It charges somewhat quickly. The product itself is chic, high tech and sturdy. I charged it once, use it two times a day, and it functions flawlessly. The brightest setting is like daylight. The compact is a little larger than I would like as I don’t carry a purse but it makes up for its size with physical stability and ease of use. This product would make a suitable gift.

Love it!!!! Perfect size for traveling and to put on makeup or remove your brows. The light is amazing!

Nice little travel mirror or mirror for your purse. I like the 7X option (as opposed to 10X). I think that because both sides don't light up, you do need a little 'other source' lighting to get your make-up right. Light from a window or bathroom should work fine.

What a happy surprise this little mirror has turned out to be!! I needed to replace a like item that required too many button batteries and knew I wanted it to be rechargeable and at a price point. This is just perfect!! So easy to use and convenient!! I am getting a feel as to when a charge is needed with some, slight, hints. There is no dimming! I’ve had it for about 2 months and I am just SO happy with my purchase!
