This kickstand is awesome and works exactly like it should. It feels sturdy, holds the phone in both vertical and horizontal positions, and the adjustable angles make it great for videos, calls, or using your phone on a desk. The adhesive is superior as long as you clean the surface really well before mounting it. Once it is on, it stays put and does not feel cheap or flimsy. Definitely a great buy.

*As of July 26, 2022 I already have a base stand for my Steam Deck. But I was curious if I could find a portable, attachable stand like one used for phones for the Steam Deck, and this is definitely one. The pictures above really prove it all, this stand really works even for something with the size and weight profile like the Deck. Pros: - Ultra slim when folded away. - Range of tilt is far more than what is ever needed and is sturdy from 10 degrees open all the way through, giving a wide range of viewing angles. - Adhesive is strong. - Texture and build quality looks and feels luxurious and quite frankly looks like it’s a part of the Deck. Cons: - None This small, cheap device is bang for your buck when it comes to the Steam Deck and I would imagine it’s the same for phones. I no longer need a base stand separate from the Deck to worry about and lug around. It’s perfect.

I've bought several of these over the last few years, for various phones and tablets. They're very sturdy and the adhesive is very strong. I've only had one of them break and that was after some seriously heavy use on the case for a Z Fold, which is a heavy phone to begin with. It got rickety after about six months and then finally broke six months later. To be fair I also will hook my fingers on it as a grip when using the phone one handed. The only real issue, the reason I gave it only four stars, and the reason I've bought so many is - once it's on, it's on. The adhesive is strong, but it will not stick again once you remove it, and the extra adhesive it comes with is useless. Oh and stick it on a case and not the phone, you won't be able to wireless charge with it on, and no case will fit over it unless you're handy with a hobby knife.

This is by far one of the best phone kickstands. Built really well, the adhesive is excellent, and it’s extremely durable as I’ve dropped my phone numerous times and it has never popped off, never shifted, and has always functioned flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend this kick stand as it goes out really wide which I like which gives the phone a very stable base and holds it really well. Super easy to install and you get a ton of height adjustment from the kick stand. I will not buy any other brand except this and the ESR one.

This is flimsy and not well made. after a few months, it broke. Yes, broke, from normal wear and tear. Avoid this product!

Good stand so far. It sticks well and seems fairly well put together, but the super "hotwheels die-cast grade" feeling metal does strike me as brittle, and the somewhat sharp edges make me worry that the phone will scrape whatever surface it comes in contact with. Hasn't happened yet, but I'm sure it will with enough force. That said, it stays in position fantastically in both orientations. If you don't mind it sticking .25" or so from the back and can keep an eye on any potential scratching, I'd recommend it.

It works great holding up my Rog Ally X. It adhered securely to the silicone case. There is a good amount of resistance to be able to support my device at any reasonable angle. Open up the stand first before sticking it on. The supporting base does set about 1/4" or a few mm below the plate that you stock on the device. It's a grwat affordable solution. I don't like the cases that have kickstands and this is solid little gadget that worked great for me.

I have used these seen l several times. They are strong and don't collapse. Adhesive gives way and I have had to replace and it will not stick to textured surface like my otterbox case.

Warning, will not stick to rubberized phone jackets. Flat smooth surfaces only!
