I have tried numerous diamond art wax pens AND this Benote Refillable Wax Pen is by far the best one yet! It is also of excellent value to a diamond art painter like myself. It is well worth the money and I’ve learned that now they have a new diamond art pen that I’m excited to try. So, if you are tired of your old wax pens for your diamond art paintings, give this Benote refillable wax pen a try. I’m sure you will be hooked and sold on this product!

So I didn’t think that it could get better than the vacuum pen I have, but it alerts my dog to the fact that I’m paying attention to something other than him and while I still think it’s a great pen, since I quickly went from knowing nothing about Diamond painting to becoming an enthusiast and actually understanding the function of the clay, etc I wanted to give it a try. I got it in purple and I love it. I feel like I prefer tools that are heavier in my hand for balance and accuracy and this fulfills that. Most of all, I love that rather than poking at wax, it comes from the inside of the pen. That part, admittedly takes a little practice to get used to because the very slightest push to move the top is all you need. Any more than very slight movement and you will end up extruding too much of the clay. It’s very easy to use once you are used to it. A little goes a long way and you’ll be surprised and how slight the movement is to get just enough. It doesn’t come in a variety of colors, it eliminates the step of having to push your tool into the clay, which is very convenient. I have no problem with the wax that it comes with, but to refill it, if you have a favorite brand, it shows you how to roll it up to use any clay that you prefer. The size is comparable to the vacuum pen as well as the weight. I find it comfortable to use and the barrel is as thick as a quality pen. For me, it’s a good fit. I love that the other end works as a tool to push your gems into line and make it look so much better. Very happy with this purchase although I do love my vacuum pen and I will no doubt use both. It’s great to have a portable compact portion to bring projects on the go and not require outlets. Well worth the cost.

Great diamond painting pen. I love how you twist the wax to come out. And it comes with extra wax. The pen is easy to load. It has made my diamond painting easier and faster.

I like this pen it does do well but the tip could have been a little smaller

So far I’m liking this a lot! I love not having to go back and forth with the wax - I just have to twist to get a little more out. I also really like the top end with the tool I can use to straighten lines. It’s very comfortable and easy to use. The only suggestions for improvement I’d have is that it’s a bit hard to twist it and by the time you can, the amount of wax that comes out is more than is needed so you have to remove some or it ends up coming off in a big clump as you place diamonds. The other would be that I appreciate that it came with wax refills, but the vast majority of what came in mine are the flat squares like you get anywhere else. I only got about 4 tiny sticks of the rounded kind that refills the pen. I’m guessing there may be a way to use the squares to do the same but no information is included to help with that.

Love this pen. The straightening tool that is part of pen is extremely useful and it holds a good amount of wax ; I only refilled it once when working on a larger diamond art piece. Doesn’t require the wax “lead”, can use the small squares - just roll them. Recommend!

I love this pen. It’s weight is a little heavier than a ballpoint pen but not uncomfortable. I love that I don’t have to dip it into the clay. Just twist the bottom and the clay comes out the tip easily. Any clay can be used. I did watch the video about how to load the clay. It also has a sponge that slips over the body to make it more comfortable to hold. It was definitely worth the money.

I don’t normally write reviews but this product deserves to be reviewed! I’ve been Diamond Painting for 7 years and have done over 220 16”x20” framed paintings. I have struggled with the wax situation for all these years. I am extremely satisfied with this product. I was concerned about the size of the tip but it works perfectly for placement of the drills. I was also wishing it was a thicker barrel but when you use the black pencil holder it makes it perfect. Also that added straightener on the end of the pen is quite helpful. Well thought out and worth the money. I also purchased their additional round wax 6 pack set, even though they were kind enough to add wax squares if you wanted to roll your own. This is a brilliant addition for anyone that does diamond art. You simply load the pen with whichever wax you prefer (I use (blutack) and just wind the pen when you need more, it feeds down the pen to the nib. Sooo much easier! Great idea

This is so helpful. I love it. Totally worth the price tag. The only thing I disliked initially is that it’s too heavy but I got used to it.

This pen feels right in your grip. It picks up AB drills perfectly.The light has some glare off the poured glue surface so I've been using it as my go to pen without the light. Love the big tray for large areas of the same colour drills.
