Superb pain relief
This has been really helpful whilst in recovery for a pelvic fracture. It stays cold for a good 2 hours, and is very comfortable, compared to a bag of ice cubes. Also, it has a secure velcro strap to prevent it slipping. Just what the doctor ordered. Perfect

Very effective for Lower back pain!!
I ordered for someone suffering acute sciatica lower back pain and they said it had an immediate effect!! It helped lower the pain threshold and allowed movement again!! Would definitely recommend this product!! 👍

Good quality cool/warm pack, seems well made so should be durable. My only small criticism is the elasticated band...for me it's just too "elastic". Not enough to return it though.
