Purtroppo ero già in viaggio e ho dovuto per forza utilizzarlo usando un accendino. Tornato a casa ho contattato il venditore spiegando l’ accaduto. Mi hanno pregato di rispedirlo indietro per verificare il difetto. Dopo pochi giorni mi informavano che anche se non era più possibile verificare se fosse un difetto di fabbrica o no in quanto usato normalmente per tutto l ‘ arco del viaggio e molto professionalmente e molto cortesemente mi hanno spedito l’ oggetto con la parte non funzionante nuova di zecca. Provata l’ accensione piezoelectrica funziona perfettamente. Non sempre si trovano venditori così onesti e così attenti alla cura dell’ acquirente. Ottima politica aziendale.
