The epoxy as been down for 10 years with no other failure. **Q: does the flat side face out?** A: The flat side should face out and the door gasket should sit on top of the flat part. You should barely be able to see the yellow stripe on the inside. I installed one with the hump to the outside and when a hard sideways rain blew against the door, the rain runs down the door and the hump funneled the water inside the garage. The last one I installed with the hump on the inside and it eliminated the problem.
