I don't usually write reviews, even though I use amazon often (go figure). But, this product is so well thought out that I needed to thank them. Works great, and probably took me 10 minutes to install while drinking coffee one morning. All parts are included; and, they're the good parts NOT the crappy washers that leak, a mixed bag of screws, etc. I highly recommend.

I would like to start by saying that I gave this 4 stars because of the instructions, not the product. The product works great! We find it very easy to use, and like several features in a particular. The splash shield is a definite must, and the on/off at the supply line is great too, but we also really like that on the sprayer itself the on/off switch isn't just on/off but also allows for the user to adjust the pressure of the water. Instead of a switch the button can be pushed in all the way or only slightly so it's possible to make the spray less powerful if need be. We use this on prefolds so we bought a dish strainer tray to put the diapers on as a back stop, and it works great. We haven't tried any other sprayers but considering this one was significantly cheaper than the BumGenius one everyone raves about I think this one is definitely worth it. As for the instructions for installation, I found parts of them to be really confusing. One step tells you to place the rubber washer inside one end of the hose, but I couldn't find a rubber washer anywhere in the box. I was starting to worry I hadn't been given one when I realized that it had come placed inside the hose already. Don't tell me to put it there if it's already there! Another thing was the instructions say "connect one end of the hose to the water supply and the other end to the spray nozzle" (slight paraphrase), but the two ends of the hose are not identical, and it matters which end connects to which part. But the instructions don't tell you which end connects to which part, again this was very frustrating because I had to figure it out through trial and error and guessed wrong on the first try resulting in a slight shower from the hose because it leaked. For anyone else who is confused, the end of the hose with the hex nut connects with the sprayer nozzle, and the round end connects to the T-valve at the supply line.

The spray cover works really well and prevents poop spray from getting all over your bathroom! I found the plastic clipboard-like diaper holder to not be very useful, but that also might be our style of diapers which have two folded inserts attached.

I returned this to Amazon since the packaging was opened and did not have the installation instructions. Bought another directly from Diaper Dawgs site. High powered sprayer. If you don't have the collar flat against the diaper it will splash back but this is due to user error. Easy to hook up.

I was actually surprised how easy it was to install and how effective it has been. If you are using reusable diapers, I would highly recommend this product. The best products are simple and effective and the diaper dawg is both.

No complaints about this...except using a diaper sprayer definitely has a learning curve. We like that there are two spray pressures, although it is annoying to switch between them when you have a dirty diaper in your hand. Diaper spraying definitely has a learning curve, but that is not the fault of this equipment. Install went well. We have not had any leaks in two years of use, but were careful about installation directions and always turning off the valve going to it.

The product worked fine for the first month or so, then it began to leak at the base of the handle. We disassembled it and made sure the rubber washer was in place. We reassembled, and it still leaked. We messaged the seller requesting an exchange, and waited five days with no response. The leak progressed to a constant steady drip. We're now returning the product and thankfully Amazon will give us a refund. I doubt we buy another sprayer from this seller.

I researched different types of sprayers before purchasing one because I wanted to make sure I was getting my moneys worth and found the Diaper Dawgs sprayer and it was my best cloth diaper purchase. It has reduced the amount of stains I have in my inserts and reduced the amount of rinsing I have to do during my wash routine. I love that it has 2 different streams to chose from and I also got the collar to go with it to decrease the amount of water that gets all over the place. This was a great buy and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sprayer.
