最近のWWEゲーは遊び心の無い真面目なプロレスゲーに成り下がってしまいましたが、この時代のシリーズはまだゲーム的なおふざけがあり面白かった。車を守ったり壊したり、はねられたりする場外乱闘がいかにもゲーム的でシュールです。しかし本作は操作性が悪いうえ、メインのリベンジモードが理不尽極まりないミッション（こちらは一人に対して相手は数人。ゲームの性質上複数の相手を闘うのが困難で真っ向から闘うと何も出来ずリンチにされる）を強要させられるのでかなりストレスが溜まります。クリエイトキャラも顔造形が良くない（とくに女キャラ）のも地味な欠点です。面白い作品には違いありませんが上記の理由のせいであまりオススメ出来ない尖った作品になっています。
