Gauging your future, looking good!
These work well and are easy to install. Purchased to replace a couple of air compressor gauges that stopped working or filled with condensation. Needles jump all around in the stock gauges on gas driven air compressors. So Now when replacing gauges I look for glycerin filled over and others. Needle does not take a beating and the glycerin counter acts the condensation and extends the life of the gauge. Large 2 inch face is much easier to see from a distance than small stock gauges as well. Get your self some Teflon tape and you'll be up and running in minutes. These have been in service for about 22 months now on wheel barrow type compressors and the take what the guys can dish out on daily use compressors with no failures or issues to date, 10/10/2018. Update 08/31/20 Gauge holds up well, except when tools are dropped on them. We switched to these gauges after trying cheaper glycerin filled, which failed, and seal permitted glycerin to exit back of gauge and enter air tank and into the air system. Thanks Winter's and Amazon.

A very tough pressure gage suitable for outdoor use.
This gage was purchased for use on the swimming pool filter as a replacement for the cheap plastic lensed gage which became unreadable from fogging up. This gage is insulated from vibration damage by being oil filled and has a glass lens, so it will remain readable for decades. It was noted that if the oil ever leaks from the gage and the air bubble at the top grows, a port on the rubber seal on top of the gage will allow you to top off the gage with mineral oil.

Quality Product
I like these Winters Stainless Gauges. I typically buy the ones that are glycerin filled to dampen the needle. I think I have purchased about 6 or 8 of them over the past year for various projects. Not had any problems.

but this is an excellent small dial that would be good for things like ...
Exactly what it was supposed to be. Works properly. In hindsight, after installing, would have preferred that I purchased larger dial size, but this is an excellent small dial that would be good for things like small compressors or tight spaces. As with all liquid filled gauges, needle doesn't jump or vibrate. Stainless steel is rust resistant, good quality.

Perfect replacement !
Needed to replace this gauge for my truckmount carpet cleaner, Not only was it IDENTICAL to the factory (less PROCHEM branding) it was accurate ! Cost was a 10th of the price of the "factory" replacement ! Very satisfied !!

Good gauge
Used on a big mobile compressor. Previous gauge was a nightmare to read due to bouncing-finally failed. The gauge is rock solid while running and very easy to read.

This is a 3750 psi gauge
This is a 3750 psi gauge. I never knock a product based on user error or failure to read description so that is not the reason for 3 stars. If you read the full description these having a working range of 75% of the max psi stated on gauge. I've never seen a gauge not advertised to work up to 100%. That results in about half of the 2.5 display being usable so its more like a 1.5inch 0-3750psi gauge. Accuracy seems correct but making a gauge thats only functional up to 75% when the industry standard is 100% seems kinda stupid. No where on the listing or their website do they state any logical reason why this is done.
