First, let me say that I only eat this cereal dry, as a snack. I chose this cereal for its excellent nutritional value - high in protein and fiber, with no sugar! After having eaten the traditional cinnamon crunch cereal, which has a ton of added sugars, this cereal tasted rather bland. But as I got used to it, I appreciated its subtle delicious flavor. It is now my go to for a snack. The only drawback to this cereal is that it is super expensive. I wish they would lower the price. But nutritionally and taste wise you can't go wrong with this cereal. Just wean yourself off of the strong sugar taste and appreciate the subtle goodness of this cereal.

This is a GREAT high protein and Fiber and no sugar snack. Highly recommend as it is delicious and filling! Should also try the dark chocolate! This was a fantastic find. It is a little expensive so I do not recommend eating a whole bowl for cereal but rather a snack size dish for a crunchy snack as it goes a lot farther.

How to put this… you’re going to be bloated and “break wind”. Lots of wind. Much wind will be broken. It tastes great and if you’re watching your sugar intake this is great. I had to stop eating it because of the consequences. If you work in an open office either you or your colleagues will suffer.

This is one of the best high protein cereals in terms of taste, texture, and price. I write this as someone who has tried many brands (Magic Spoon, Schoolyard, Premier) and flavors. My favorite of the Catalina Crunch flavors is Cinnamon Toast. For some reason, that is also the least expensive flavor. On top of all that, this cereal provides a significant amount of fiber. It's challenging to consume the daily recommend amount of fiber, but with a few servings of Catalina Crunch, you're well on your way to meeting that recommendation.
