I liked what I saw in the product description and judging from the reviews, a pretty decent mic. For the price, even better. Mine was an opened product, appears unblemished. This was a replacement for a generic mic I bought in 2020 that was okay, but this is more advanced and looks cool. More features, better sound quality. The features are great. Love the mute button, turns the lights off and on. Very responsive. Couple other things that sold me on this mic, aside from the great reviews, the gain knob is quite novel. Haven't seen many with such a convenient gain dial. Has a real nice feel to it. The aux audio output is also nice. Adjust sound and light with NGenuity PC app free download from HyperX website. There's some lighting patterns to choose from, speed - brightness - and hue can also be adjusted. There's an option to program presets and export settings to the mic. The plug and play versatility is exceptional. Works with my PC, my guitar amp, my DJI Action 4 camera and my Samsung Galaxy. The included boom mount adapter looks pretty universal. Five eighths or three eighths inch are the options. I went with the larger size for more stability. Alll gimmickry aside, the specs on this mic are at least 'on par' with other leading podcast - streaming mics on the market right now. There are a few that are on the level, of course I didn't see any with the big dial adjustment at the base. The look and feel is very nice. Comes with a sturdy desktop stand and woven nylon USB-C to A cable (recommend having a USB CtoC connection available.) Also, the sold separately HyperX Shield Pop Filter makes the setup even more impressive. As far as improvements, there could be a mobile app for adjusting the mic settings while connected to a smart device - currently there is not. Or perhaps there could be some Bluetooth connectivity. Also, the polar pattern selector knob came loose, but it snapped back on. Totally fine now. Camera quality seems pretty good. Still trying to get it to work as an aux mic with my Bluetooth mic receiver input. It works, but not while attached to the USB on my camera. Although it works while connected directly with USB, I think I'd like to find a solution that can power and connect mic to camera to PC with a single cable. The mic does drain the battery quite a bit with the lights running especially.

works amazingly, I love it so much and people can finally hear me! Good audio quality, does pick up keyboard occasionally, tap to mute is very useful and it's easy to set up (took me about 10 minutes because I had to move a shelf to get to the back of my PC)

I’ve been using the HyperX Quad Cast S for streaming and calls, and I’m very happy with the performance. The sound quality is clear and professional, and the built-in shock mount and pop filter are nice touches. Setup was plug-and-play with no issues on Windows, and the adjustable polar patterns give me flexibility depending on how I’m using it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the software (NGENUITY) is a bit limited—it mainly controls the lighting, not the audio settings. Also, it's very sensitive, so make sure you're in a quiet environment. Overall, highly recommend this mic for streamers, podcasters, or anyone wanting great USB mic quality with a touch of style.

Great microphone. Will state state if you're looking into the hyper X2 and this really the only difference is slightly different software. If I remember correctly, the chips inside are the exactly the same. So if you're able to get this on really good price would recommend it over the hyper X2 I do own both of them

TLDR: Clear and professional-sounding mic that’s easy to set up. But it’s very sensitive — expect background noise to be picked up. Great for Discord or calls with noise suppression, less ideal for raw recording without filters. Packaging and Setup: Comes with a solid stand already attached, so you can drop it on your desk and start using it right away. No need to buy extra mounts unless you want more flexibility. I use it with a boom mount and it is very nice. The mic also comes with a 3.5mm jack if you want to plug your headphones in and hear yourself back. There is a software that you can download to control the RGB and (if you use the 3.5mm plug) the amount of sidetone you hear back from speaking in your headphone Keypoints: Sound Quality: Super clear voice capture — it really makes you sound better compared to built-in or headset mics. People notice the difference right away. Sensitivity: Picks up a lot, even on the most restrictive mode. Keyboard clicks, other people talking in the room, etc. For Discord with noise suppression it’s excellent, but without any software filtering it can sound busy. Even on lowest amount of gain, you still pick up those sounds Build & Design: Sturdy build, the stand is surprisingly good, and the tap-to-mute is handy. The red lighting is a love-it-or-hate-it design choice. Should I Buy? If you want plug-and-play, high-quality voice for streaming, Discord, or work calls, this is a great option. Just keep in mind you may need noise suppression or software filters if you’re in a noisy room.

Quando ele chegou em casa me impressionou ainda mais, ele tem um software parecido com o da Logitech para a configuração (você entra no site, baixa o programa e ele faz sozinho), além de super simples e fácil de usar, ela ainda explica algumas funções dos módulos de voz para garantir uma melhor experiência de áudio, além de contar com configurações diferentes de cores como quiser e poder controlar graves e agudos, não só o volume (o que vem na maioria dos aparelhos). Sou streamer nas horas vagas e até meus seguidores elogiaram a qualidade do microfone (sem saber que eu havia trocado), falaram que a voz ficou mais clara, sem ruídos, limpa e mais bonita. Minha conclusão dessa avaliação é que vale muito a pena investir em um microfone que entrega essa qualidade e que o custo realmente compensa tudo isso após cada comentário, cada dia mais feliz com meu acessório novo, que além de tudo....é muito lindo. Também gostaria de agradecer o serviço da Amazon pela rapidez da entrega e pelo produto ter vindo em perfeito estado, tanto na embalagem de envio, quanto na do próprio produto.

Excellent mic, easy to set up and pretty much plug and play with excellent sound quality but also has options to fine tune. The stand it comes with i found good enough, it worked well but I fitted it to a tonor low profile boom arm and its perfect for me. Its a very good looking mic goo, super light the stand it comes with has all the weight its solid metal. It has a nice mute and volume adjuster on the mic too. With 4 directional ? Sound Options on it as well I've had no issues with background noise etc its clear has good range not had a complaint yet. 3 meter cable so can send it around a desk and up the boom arm np. And the box it comes in is really well designed, hard to see any issues regarding that. On offer around £60 it has to be one of the best on the market. Would highly recommend.

Ich nutze das HyperX QuadCast S seit 2024 regelmäßig und bin bis heute sehr zufrieden damit. Bei mir kommt es hauptsächlich für Discord und Streaming zum Einsatz und hat bisher immer zuverlässig funktioniert. Die Sprachqualität gefällt mir sehr gut. Meine Stimme wird klar und sauber übertragen und auch nach 2 Jahren ist es immer noch Top. Was mir besonders gut gefällt, ist die einfache Bedienung direkt am Mikrofon. Die Empfindlichkeit lässt sich schnell anpassen und die Stummschaltung über die Oberseite ist im Alltag wirklich praktisch. Insgesamt bin ich auch nach längerer Nutzung noch sehr zufrieden und würde das Mikrofon jederzeit wieder kaufen.
