Can either of these be used for fabric?

I have not used fabric, but I think the blue mat would cut it fine. I have not had any issues cutting vinyl with these mats.

Will this self heal of cut like ghe cricket name ones

We used them for making Christmas ornaments and they worked great just like my Cricut brand.

Can I use these with a cricut explore 3?

I don't know why you couldn't I have the explorer 2 and this is my second set.
