Does this comes with bubble counter fluid? If not what do you use, water? oil? and will this work with 20 Gallon Tank? Thanks a bunch.

I just use tank water in it. If you out your check valve between the counter and Te CO2 source, you'll get back flow from the tank that will fill the bubble counter. It will also be fine for a 20 gallon; this is just the bubble counter, it doesn't come with any CO2.

It's for people who add CO2 to their aquariums to help plants grow. You fill this with water and then run your CO2 through it. (Connect tubing from your CO2 cannister to the input, then connect more tubing from the output to your fish tank end.) The whole point of this product is for you to be able to count the bubbles of CO2 going into your tank so that you know how much you are adding to your tank. Most people start with something like "1 bubble per second" or "30 bubbles per minute" and then adjust from there as needed.

Does it come with a suction cup to attach to side of tank?

Yes, it is also interchangeable with a clip to hang on the counter on the side of the tank if you have a rimless tank.

Can it be used on any size application or is it limited?

Im using one on a 5lb co2 cylinder and another one on a paintball co2 tank. Works fine on both.
