Can throughly recommend ### ⭐ Not Working! *by D***H on 19 April 2026* Sim card arrived today, gone through the process on the "sims4travel" website to activate the sim, something that shouldn't be needed as every other provider I have had sims from, just work with no need for emails, id scans, sim card numbers, order numbers, ancient archaeological history of the human race in order to work. The email you receive and the website both say "Activation will take up to 2 hours, more commonly 15 to 30 minutes", the sim card has still not activated after 2.5 hours. I should not have listened to the reviews saying "Worked straight away". I am going to give it till tomorrow morning (Monday) to start working or I will start a refund request with Amazon. **Update** So the sim card was activated on the Monday, however it was in the afternoon/evening when it was activated. There was an excuse of "O2 system issues" but after looking around it would appear that the sim cards don't get activated during a weekend, so that should be mentioned in the advert. The speed though is an issue though, it's atrocious, it's supposed to be 5G but connects only at 4G+ and only get's to 15Mbp/s at it's maximum for a few seconds then drops to less than 2Mbp/s, this is even after a "Sim Refresh". I know the area where I am currently has what is called "Natural Congestion" but in this area O2 are the only company who provides 5G and even within 100 meters of the mast, you still don't get 5G speeds.
