This tea is wonderful. It smells of lemon zest and the taste is herbal with a bit of that sour lemon balm taste. It doesn't make you pucker as you would with lemon juice. The tea itself looks yellowish and the teabag holds up well, no bits left at the bottom of your cup when you’re done. It goes down feeling soothing and refreshing while leaving the tongue and throat feeling coated.

I really enjoy this lemon balm tea! It has a pleasant, mild flavor and is very soothing, especially in the evening. The tea bags are convenient and easy to use, and it’s become a nice part of my nighttime routine. I would definitely purchase it again!

This is a new flavor for me, as I have many of FGO's other wonderful teas. The taste is very nice without being too strong. Lemon balm is known to promote relaxation, lower stress hormones, and alleviate mild anxiety. It's a nice evening drink after a long day.

The taste and smell are pretty mild , but it seems to work well to help relieve stress and sleep better.

Tastes good and is relaxing at the end of the day. The bag of 100 will obviously last for 100 cups of tea, which in my case will last for months. Not too expensive. I like that the company seems to be aware of health and earth needs. I don't think you can go wrong with this tea. It has a mild taste which is good. I don't like strong, overpowering tea flavors.

Great product, clean ingredients and great taste

I gave this 3 stars because I really felt it helped me to stay relaxed at night. While I still woke up several times, I could easily roll over and go back to sleep. However, the taste was terrible. No lemon flavor at all, and all. Could taste was either stems or tea bag. Not sure which. Very disappointed.
