I'm looking for fabric pocket lining material to protect from cellphone radiation. Would this be the best product? Would the item then be machine wash

Yes the baric is washable. I sandwiched it between 2 layers of thin cotton and sewed a pouch for my cell phone. I wanted something lightweight to protect myself from cell phone radiaiton. I also wanted protection from those scammers "harvesting" cell phone information is airports.

can this be used to make an apron to shield pacemaker from inductions appliances

In my opinion the fabric is very durable and would work well to be used as an apron. However , I did have it tested in lab to measure its shielding capacity and was disappointed. It appears the the Specific Absorption Rate of 1.6 watts per kilogram does penetrate through HertzCloth fabric. Its possible that with 3 layers of material fabric might work but wasnt up to my caliber.
