Can you buy sets of just one size?

I want to buy the large and middle sizes in 1,000 units

Is the pack of 300 same material than the 75 pack? I ordered the small pack as a sample and now i want the same but I need a lot more

It is the same mix of five. I only use the largest and middle size, I through the rest out. I'd be happy to send them to you !

how much heat can they handle?

It would be hard to know a temperature measurement, but they do just fine in summer sun and heat on an oiled bronze colored patio table that gets almost too hot to touch.
