USCutter 34-inch Vinyl Cutter Plotter with Stand and VinylMaster Cut Software, Free US-Based Technical & Lifetime Phone Support

This is my second USCutter that I have owned, I would still have my first one if it weren't for the mice getting in it and chewing up the wires and track. It is very user friendly, easily hooks up to my computer and the "sure cuts alot" software is nice for non-engineers. It functions as it should, I paid more than I would like to but it is worth the money.

Easy setup, easy to use, holds a true track better than others I've had. Included software is decent. However, if you need to create a design that's wider than the cut area you have the software will not auto panel the design without upgrading to pro. But hey not bad for most standard vinyl work

Just as expected, this cutter is amazing. I had a 53" USCutter MH model we had purchased used several years ago. It went haywire (to be expected after 4-6 hours of cutting daily in our business). I immediately knew I wanted to purchase another USCutter model, so I went with the 34" knowing we typically don't cut over 30" wide. This cutter is amazing, just like our previous one. Great plotter for the value. It's very "basic", and would be a great starting plotter. No auto origin, no cutting presets, no "media length" polling. My biggest issue i have is the feed motor(s) are very week. With a 24" x 150' roll it will not feed and throws the "accuracy". It comes with a very sturdy stand. The software that comes with it is easy to use and has some better features than the previous software I used, but also lacks a lot of "clean up" features

Before I bought this, I had a Silhouette Cameo and I fought and fought with that thing to get a decent cut. Literally plugged this in and did a few test cuts to adjust the pressure and I haven't had an issue yet. Definitely worth it if you're wanting to do more with vinyl.

I've is worked in the sign industry for almost a decade and i can say with certainty that this thing is a the worst plotter I've ever used. It's made of flimsy metal and cheap plastic, offering it no stability whatsoever. The blades it comes with are dull and oversized. The pinch rollers either apply too much pressure or not enough. It cuts sloppily, makes jagged curves, incomplete corners, and inconsistent cut depths. Not to mention the software is hands down just awful and downright unusable. I've encountered some cheap plotters and outdated software over the years, but this one is the worst by far. It botches jobs that are setup and spooled correctly for seemingly no reason, see the photos I've included. Even the test plot function cuts a star (a star?) that's 3 inches wide, wasting a ton of material when a .25" test should do. If you like wasting material and throwing out useable vinyl, then go right ahead, otherwise, look elsewhere because this thing is a piece of junk that's not even worth returning or re-selling at this point.
