What is the flow rate and Gallons per minute?

I use this as a pre-filter to refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. All comes out fine. Plus this extends the life of more expensive micron filter. No sure of flow rate, but 8 oz glass fills very fast.

Is this what i need for manitowoc ice machine 240A?

We have a few Manitowoc ice machines. Manitowoc does make their own, which we have on our newer models. I believe this product would be fine as long as it does not reduce the supply of water to your machine. I did try a smaller filter with a 1/4 inch line on one of our machines, only to find that it starved the machine of water. Stick with something that at least matches the inside diameter of your water line, and i believe you should be fine.
