Smokes good, end product tastes AWESOME!!!!!
Great product, have used in smoking salmon and steelhead for 50+ years!!!!!! Alder chips is what I use, taste is great with a finished product, mmmmmm good!!!

Shipped on time
This product is exactly what I wanted. The smoking pan doesn’t sit on the heat coil. A fine chip but not sawdust. I’ve used similar products and have been satisfied. I have no doubt I will be happy with the smoke quality.

Good quality
Perfect size chips for the smoker, soaked in water for 20 minutes and had almost 1.5 hours of smoke at low heat. Got to have alder chips for smoked salmon!
