Early harvest means that the olive is squeezed as soon as possible after it is harvested.** A: Yes it is an early harvest and we crush our olive oils immediately after harvesting them from our Family Farms olive trees! That's why we have a very low acidity in our organic extra virgin olive oil. Thank you. **Q: What is the harvest date for the 3 and 5 lt tin cans sold via amazon? is this oil first cold press? all harvest from morocco?** A: On front label clearly posted as "First Cold Press". The back cover label also clearly says "Southern Desert of Morocco". I just bought (May 2022) a 750mL with date of Harvest Oct 2021 Expiration date of Oct 2024. I have not bought the sizes you ask for. To get harvest dates for those I would have to buy those sizes. **Q: please what is you e-mail or tele so i can talk about getting replacement for errant shipment Thank You** A: Please contact us through your Amazon account. Go to your order and click "Contact Seller" and we'll be happy to assist you. **Q: Can you stir fry with this oil?** A: You can, but typically extra virgin oil is not used to fry... By heating it you remove the extra special parts in it. Typically best to fry with normal oil. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will buy again and again *by M***S on 2 September 2026* Absolutely love this it is tasty great with salads and I honestly can’t stop drinking it albeit by the spoonful 😳 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure cold pressed olive oil. *by K***S on 2 September 2026* Absolutely love this olive oil it taste lovely just on a piece of plain bread on salads potatoes I can just take some on a spoon.
