Excellent flour
King Arthur organic all purpose flour is to date the best flour i have baked with. The breads, bagels, biscuits etc… have the best texture to our little family. I wish I could have gotten the 10 pound bag, but the price was comparable to the larger size so it worked out in the end.

Very poor packaging resulted in opened flour sack and lost product
The flour is great, but the packaging was VERY inadequate! The top of the flour sack was popped open and between 1 and 2 cups of flour was everywhere!
