LotFancy Ice Pack Wrap for Lower Back Pain, 2 Gel Packs, Hot Cold Therapy

This is the best ice pack. We originally bought them for back pain and they worked so perfectly especially with the wrap and we left one at my parents house for my dad because he liked it so much and it was comfortable for him to sleep with. My mom had shoulder surgery and used the one so much we ordered another set. Definitely great for back pain or recovering for surgery. They freeze super fast and stay cold.

I like the ice pack. It comes with 2 packs so you can switch them out. I have had the product for over 6 months & have had no issues. I would suggest paying attention to the size of the waist as it’s pretty true to size.

Velcro adjusts in front. Icepack lasts between 15 & 30 minutes. I just keep rotating the 2 gel packs.

It fits perfect. Very easy to put on and off. It is very convince and useful to have second cold pack. But doesn't stay stay cold. Lasts about 20-25 mins. For my lower back I usually do 20min on 40min off anyways so it works in my case. but if I need to apply ice all day, I cannot cycle them fast enough.

Wife took mine on a trip then left it in the hotel refrigerator. I wasn't going to fly back over 1200 miles to get it so I bought it again. I liked it then and I still like it. Had to shell out $20 'cause it was left behind. Yeah, it's durable, good quality, flexible (it fits in a suitcase but in my case only one way). What can I say about clinginess? It is soft but not too soft. Wish I didn't have to buy it again. I mean, who likes to waste money?

I throw freight from semi trucks. 8 hours a day. I keep this in my cooler and throw it on when I start to feel my back twinge.

Very nicely made, but the ice packs are on the small size and do not last very long.

So convenient and effective for icing my back while still walking around and doing household tasks. Stays cold for 30 +minutes and works well for pain management. Have had it for over a year and it’s still in great shape. Ordered one for my son as a gift. It’s durable and the strap keeps it on nicely.

I ordered this for my son in australia who has a badly slipped disc. I have one of these type of back heaters here in England and I hope he finds his as helpful as mine has been.
