Brain Massage: Revitalize Mind and Body (Brain Sync Audios)

it's hard to describe this cd. some new age sounds, lots of flowing water. I have no way to know if this is actually affecting my brain. maybe it is. but it definitely is effecting my sense of wellbeing and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I can not say enough positive things about this CD. I am a Kelly Howell fan and have many of her works, but this CD is one of my favorites. When I need to be focused and alert, but find it difficult due to stressors, I slip my headphones on and start listening to this CD. Soon I feel relaxed and ready to tackle the task on hand. The beats might not appeal to some because they seem repetitious, but for me they soon fade into the background and do really massage my brain.

I love this cd. It makes my brain feel all tingly when I am listening to it. I feel energized when its done. Can't really sleep when I listen to it, but I have others that work very well for that. This doesn't allow me to sleep, but I feel I am sleeping better when I do sleep, and able to concentrate during the day.

They changed the Original Brain Massage from the 1990's and I cannot use this version. The original version of Brain Massage was only one long track with the water sound and binaural beats. I could feel the water moving through my brain, massaging and cleansing away stress. This version is complete.y different. and I cannot use it. I emailed and called the company to ask if they still had any copy of the original, as I cannot use the newer one. THey did not return my email or phone call. The description said they added two newer tracks, so I thought there would be three tracks. yet the original was absent. SO sorry I bought this. Kelly's original Brain Massage really helped me. I had a tape which finally stopped playing.

I purchased this CD to help with Migraine headaches. It has delivered much more than help with the Migraines. I feel more focused and less stressed. I sleep more soundly and have found it also has helped me to feel balanced and confident as well. The CD is well done, with clear audio. Very soothing and relaxing.

I am trying to meditate and sometimes I can't clear my mind as a beginner. I have a couple of her cd's that really seem to help me. I found they really work for me!

When I get stressed, I just get under my headphones and listen to this CD and life is good again. Highly recommend it.

I received about 4 wks ago,normally this is a very stressful time of year for me, but I am sailing through it. I listen every night since I received.

Got this for my friend for Christmas and she absolutely loves it to relax too

日本語に訳すと「脳味噌の按摩」というタイトルに、恍惚とした表情でシャワーを浴びる女性のCDジャケットが 随分と気持ちよさそうなので購入しました。 30分の長さで２曲入っており、最初はシンセサイザーを使った環境音楽っぽい曲に「ヴーォンヴーォン……」という唸り音、 ２曲目はせせらぎっぽい自然音に、同じくヴーォンヴーォン……、という唸りが重なります。 脳をマッサージされているという感じはありませんでしたが、「なんだかなぁー」と思って聴いていると、自然に脱力し、 不思議と聴き終わった後、頭がスッキリする感じがします。 マッサージされたのかは分かりませんが、仕事で疲れたけど、 まだ頑張らないといけない時などに聴くようにしています。
