Very simple to install! - I just received my order for the waterdrop under sink filter (model WD-17UA-UF)! It’s only been installed for a couple hours but so far I’m very impressed with the filter system and I’m satisfied with my choice! The package came with everything needed for a quick and simple installation. Literally as simple as deciding where to place the filter, using the template sticker to put in the two included mounting screws, pushing the included water hoses into the filter head, then mounting filter head onto the two screws! From there I simply turned off cold water supply, unscrewed the faucet hose from supply pipe, screwed inlet hose onto cold supply pipe, then attached the filter outlet hose right to the faucet hose that I had initially unscrewed from the cold water supply pipe. VERY SIMPLE INSTALLATION! It took me 15 minutes to get it installed in total, plus 5 minutes to flush out the filter and check for leaks. I didn’t need to use any of the adapter fittings since my connections were already 3/8” but it was great they were included just in case! I also didn’t use the included teflon tape. BOTTOM LINE: If you’re looking for a high quality easy to install water filter that fits under most sinks and doesn’t produce any additional waste water then this one should be at the top of your list! The water tastes great and the sleek design makes it unobtrusive in the back of the cabinet. Installation was very simple and painless! NOTE: Be sure to measure and leave enough space below the filter cartridge in between the bottom of cabinet before you install the mounting screws!
