I had tried a few other slow release no flushing niacin products, but I often had really bad flushing once or twice a week sometimes to the point that it felt like my skin was on fire. Endur-acin is the real deal. Absolutely no flushing most of the time and the few times I had flushing it was very minor, even at the same dosage. Plus it is real Nicotinic Acid which is the form that helps control cholesterol.

Great product has helped me lower LDL from 174 to 124, still a way to go though. Lets see what next moths results say!

Tiny pill that's easy to swallow. With one tablet I get no flushing, when i started taking two I had very light flushing.

I had previously taken a 500mg slo-release Niacin version. I didn’t make the association at first but after about 3-4 days I experienced a severe hot flash. My skin became reddened and I was so uncomfortable I had to go outside because the outdoor temp was in the 50s. However even outside when the sun hit me I thought my skin was going to burn off. Thought I was turning into a vampire. So I’ve been trying this at 250mg dosage starting at every other day. No issues. Now I’m at every day - no issues. So my 4 star rating is for easy to swallow, low cost, no severe hot flash. If later on there has been an actual impact on my cholesterol I’d give this 5 stars. My cholesterol isn’t high on an absolute basis but it was suggested to me that at my age I might benefit from a statin. I’m not fond of that idea, I find that losing weight and keeping it at a good level has more impact, which I’ve done. If this Niacin improves my cholesterol even more then I’ll be more than satisfied. If necessary I could increase it to 2 a day to equal 500mg but I’m not going to risk the severe hot flash.

I take this with TTFD to activate Pyruvate Dehydrogenase.

I like the product. Delivery is slower than others.

Thus far, I have had no flushing with this product, although that may be due to the low dosage. The pills are fairly easy to swallow and time will tell what benefits I may obtain from them. Update: thus far, this product has made NO improvement in my total cholesterol or triglycerides. My doctor says that if a niacin product is not causing ANY flushing, it probably isn't effective in reducting cholesterol. Looks like he was right.

Best form of niacin out there. I use 500mg 2x a day, but this was given as a gift for someone very sensitive to niacin. No flush even on empty stomach. The only brand I use as its also clinically studied. Lowers LDL very well.
