Shockingly effective at mixing paint
Im leaving five stars because my expectations were pretty low given the price of this. I figured if it helped some and I liked it, I'd use it until I could afford a better one down the road. My mind is blown at how well this works. For visualization, I put a small jar of terrain grass on it and as you can see, it tosses and tumbles it immediately. My only complaint is the area in which you apply pressure to begin the vortex is rather tight, so it takes a little trial and error, but it really is astonishing how well this works.

Very nice Vortex Mixer
Works really well at mixing airbrush paint. There is a slight learning curve to hit the center button just right to start the motor but once you get it it work fine.

Cheap and Great Model Paint Mixer
This is a great and cheap mixer for model paints. I would suggest picking up some ball bearings as well as they will help mix your paint fast and well. This unit is great, but take good care of it. I accidentally dropped my first one, and it stopped working. It's a really good deal, but just take care of it!

Perfect to mix separated nail polish
I was influenced from a user in a Facebook group I’m in, who recommended to purchase this product, as it mixes nail polish well without the bubbles. I purchased it 2 months prior, but didn’t use it until today because I was in the process of moving. Now that I’m settled into my new place, I decided to try it out. I tested it on a nail polish that has separated. It was easy to set up on my table. It took a few minutes to mix the nail polish to get it back to its original formula. I can’t believe how well and how easy it worked to restore my nail polish. I intend to do this for the rest of my bottles. I also tested it on a topcoat because it was starting to dry out, so I added nail polish thinner. I suspected the item would leave air bubbles in the clear nail polish, but it did not. I’m very satisfied with this product. It was very inexpensive so I feel it is a good value for my money. I hope it lasts me a long time.

Works for a few minutes and then nothing.
Bought this 1 years ago. It worked well right out of the box to mix a few small bottles of paint and then it quit. I put it away, forgot it didn't work and took it out today to use it. It worked for less than one minute. I took the item I was mixing off the cup and when I put it back on, nothing. I got an occasional thump like it was trying but no vibration at all. Unplugged, plugged, tried pushing in every direction. Just an occasional thump. Threw it in the trash.

INTLLAB Lab Vortex Mixer - Excellent Paint Mixer!
As an avid Airbrush painter (I’m not an artist. I work with Auto-Body & furniture restoration), I find this vortex mixer to be a real time saver. Metallics & Pearls require constant mixing (small bottles of course), and the INTLLAB Lab Vortex Mixer works perfectly. No more shaking bottles manually for me. I highly recommend the Vortex Mixer!

Works so well for anything liquid that may need a good shake, from nail polish, to paint pens and ink bottles!

I have used this to mix my acrylic paints, in a variety of pot sizes, including standard dropper bottles and GW paint pots. It works great, helps my paints last longer by removing the separation effect and also makes mixing a lot easier. Recommended to miniature painting hobbyists.

This is a great intro vortex mixer. Good power and rotation. I’ve used it consistently to mix dropper bottle paints for about a year and still works. Moderate noise level, good power. Stays in place. It did start to squeak after a while, however know that the top rubber grip (cap) easily comes off, and I used hair clipper lubricant on the rubber, cap, and bearing… it stopped squeaking after that. Very simple to do. I would definitely recommend. Don’t forget adding mixing bearings, don’t need too much pressure to make this work. If you have the money, consider a hands-free version: just know that it will be three times the cost. But you get what you pay for.
