Excellent CLP For Guns, Knives, Tools
Good stuff but very expensive for what your getting when there's a few just as good as options out there. That said this slightly dry film CLP is excellent at what it claims. Good for Rifles, Pistols, Tools, Knives and really anything metal you want to stop rust & corrosion from.

You want zero corrosion? Get this!
Though it is expensive next to many "CLP" products, it has some very outstanding qualities. Protection of the metal. It is tested and proven to be the very best at keeping rust, corrosion, and dirt at bay better than anything on the market. Applied correctly, it will stop corrosion dead in its tracks! It goes on wet. Dries in a few hours to a thin layer of dry protection that's going to really work. A very good solvent against carbon and most fouling. It tackles carbon better than nearly everything out there. It gets busy fast on crud and cleaning is a breeze. And after a few cleaning and lubrication with Eezox, cleaning gets faster and easier. As a lubricant, it does what its said to. Laboratory tests concluded that it meets or exceeds any and all lubrication standards. I have used Eezox as a lube in several weapons with no issues. On strictly a personal note, being a mature gentleman... Ok, as an old guy, I find it hard to believe in a lube I can't see. This is a thing that most older gents adhere to. We gotta see the oil on the steel! We have a hard time believing the fact that Eezox will lubricate like thicker, wetter oil. Its kinda like I know its good to go, but I ofter think I need some oil on a lot of parts.

Long review with tips on using this great product.
This is great stuff, truly impressed. Having said that, you need to use this a certain way for it to do its job. First off, WEAR GLOVES when you use this. It has carcinogenic ingredients, you don't want it soaking in to your skin. Degrease your firearm completely, inside and out. I use acetone on a gun that's never been treated with Eezox. The acetone will completely remove all previous oils, solvents, everything. You want to apply this to completely bare metal. Use a regular bore cleaner on your bore, a dry patch or two, but then put a patch of acetone down it. Acetone dries super fast, but leaves your metal completely bare so be sure to apply the Eezox as soon as the acetone dries. For the first application, put a decent coat of Eezox on and leave it overnight (this amount of time isn't needed for subsequent applications, just the first) Get it on every piece of metal in the gun, inside and out. The next day, wipe off any excess. Now you need to lube the normal areas of the gun for function, locking lugs, barrel links, bolts, slide rails, etc. The rest of the gun won't need oil, the Eezox will keep the rust away (which is it's greatest feature) I used to use the same oil for functional moving parts, and then wipe the entire gun down with the same oil. There's lots of good oils out there for lubing the gun, but many of these aren't great and lasting anti-rust agents. (unless you constantly apply it) From then on, your gun will be better protected (I have had rust even with using CLP and M Pro 7 oil) and it will also be easier to clean. This stuff leaves a dry barrier that is amazingly good at protecting the metal and making it easier to clean. After the first application, you can use the eezox to clean the gun from then on, but you don't have to. Just make sure you completely clean and dry it, and apply a think coat of Eezox after that. Then oil the necessary areas... If you ever shoot corrosive ammo, be sure to use a GOOD copper solvent before you begin to apply Eezox. The corrosive salts can actually get under the copper fouling and rust, but you won't see it until it's too late. I think WipeOut foaming bore cleaner is amazing for this.. I collect curio and relic firearms and some I don't even shoot. I just buy them and store them, so I am very cautious of rust. This stuff has been great. When I know I will never shoot a firearm, that I just bought it to collect it, I actually slather the whole thing with RIG grease. It's like modern cosmoline. For all the guns that are regularly or occasionally used, Eezox has been the best thing I've found after trying tons of products. I had a bad rust scare recently with two pistol bores, and now I'm extremely cautious of my gun care, so I've tried about everything.

The GOAT of gun care solutions. Highly Redommended!
I've been using Eezox gun care solution for many years, and it won't disappoint! When used with bore snakes, you can be assured that your bores will be clean and well protected from the elements. I highly recommend Eezox for all of your gun care needs.

The Best There Is for Firearm Corrosion Prevention
I live in Florida near the beach where salt air is not the friend of steel. I've been using Eezox for 30+ years, though, and have never had a speck of rust appear on any of my treated firearms. It's the absolute best corrosion preventative I've ever used, hands down. The key I've found is to apply it to steel parts, the rub them until the cleaning liquid evaporates leaving a slick film. This is what seems to prevent oxidation. I use it regularly as part of the cleaning routine for all my rifles, handguns and shotguns, then finish with a final "rubbed" anti-corrosion coat.

Works as advertised
Cleaning: Works as a solvent to clean with, but quick evaporation and cost make other bulk cleaning products more productive. Lube: It doesn't "feel" slippery, but it's a much better option than oil or grease in some applications. Protecting: I can just barely see a layer of "dry lube" left behind on treated surfaces. I wish the manufacturer would publish how-to content.

Great product
This stuff is great. I mostly bought it for my muzzleloader due to the fact that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I wanted something that the gunpowder wouldn’t stick to when loading the rifle. I ended up using it on all my guns and have super happy with it.

I am an EEZOX fanboy through and through. There is a reason the military uses this stuff.
Hands down the best stuff you can use for long term protection. Goes on wet, then dries. A little goes a long way. Dry's without residue or stickiness which attracts dust and other contaminants. Dry's overnight if not applied too heavy, and doesn't smell like gun oil!. 1st introduced to EEZOX to treat my everyday carry firearm where I don't want it greasy or oily. Clean off all the chineseium from still parts you may purchase and then treat it with EEZOX. Use this on Harbor Freight tools, or even other more high quality tools that come from the far east with who knows what coating. Clean that stuff off and treat it with EEZOX and it will never rust and you won't have to worry about whats on your hands. Advice: I've used EEZOX a long time. Best thing to do is use a solvent on your firearm already covered with gun oil and/or grease. Strip the firearm & get all that stuff off. Then wait until thoroughly dry and treat the entire firearm with eezox inside and out. Wipe off as much as possible to leave behind a very light coating. Allow to dry overnight in a warm location. Too much left behind it won't dry all the way. No prob if you put on too much and it won't dry all the way. Apply some more and wipe it down a little better. In my experience 2-3 treatments is best anyway. Sounds time consuming I know BUT - when you see how much easier it is to clean your firearm the next time, you won't believe it.
