Looking at the chip I see D9SHD, which if I look up on the Micron website is a MT41K256M16 (256*16bit). It has a USB-C connection instead of Micro-USB. The orangecrab-examples verilog examples and linux-on-litex-vexriscv examples work, once I change 25F to 85F (e.g. --device 85F, or the appropriate change to --85k instead of --25k in the Makefiles). Have to use 'dfu-util --alt-0 -D' to program new bitstreams.
