Pretty nice for the money
I started delivering pizza a few months ago and had to rethink my cold weather outfit. Going in and out from a warm restaurant/ car to freezing temps in snow makes it difficult to dress appropriately. I needed a coat that would be windproof and warm that I could put in and take off quickly and easily. I shopped on here for a good hour or two before landing on this one, and I’m glad I did. All of the pockets are nice and well placed, aside from the mesh pocket that I’m unsure of how useful it will be. Seems too big to securely hold anything. It ran a bit larger than I was hoping, but it has cinch cords around the waist and hood so you can get all the areas that let air in completely closed off. I love the thumb holes on the sleeve cuffs, they’re a great touch that will remove the need for gloves unless it’s like the blizzard we just had 12/24/22. it does seem like the thumb holes may only function with thinner or light gloves. But if you have extra heavy or ski gloves on, I doubt the thumb holes will be of much use anyway. One issue with the material/ construction that I’ll be weary about is the fabric ripping around the Velcro at the end of the sleeve. I’m sure that if it gets pulled by the fabric and not the Velcro it will tear. Like the Velcro is slightly stronger than the max force necessary to tear the fabric. The fleece lining is very, very soft and warm, and I love that the hood is lined with the same fleece. I would absolutely recommend this coat to anyone that wants to be warm when the weather is complete ISH!

Would you believe I'm complaining that it's TOO WARM! *updated mid-Feb 2021*
*I've rescinded my original review (which was a very positive review!) after a month of wearing this coat, because I now have a better appreciation for this coat, and what I can and can not do while wearing it. After having worn this coat on a wide variety of outings & activities, I feel I have a better appreciation for this coat. I had originally purchased this coat primarily to wear while riding my fat bike in the winter/snow. After several rides resulting in my peeling off layers from getting too warm, I ultimately tried wearing just a simple short sleeve t-shirt under this coat, while riding ~5-10mph in 12°F temperatures, and STILL had to take it off and put something lighter on! It was THAT WARM! So maybe that's too vigorous of an activity to wear such a coat.... Then I started wearing it the few times I've had to shovel snow and use my snow blower. Shoveling snow is obviously a physical activity, and I once again overheated with just a short sleeve polyester t-shirt on underneath the coat. But when I found myself getting too warm while merely comfortably strolling behind my self-propelled snow blower? Seriously? I never once thought I'd be complaining about a coat being "too warm"! See, I live in a state where the temps have easily been in the single digits this winter, and a handful or -0°F nights, and I've been in need of a warmer coat for longer outings in the winter. But as much as I truly like this coat, the only time I feel that "I" can feasibly wear it is when I go outside first thing in the morning to warm up my car or other very casual/lazy activities where I'm not really doing anything physical, at all! I'm thinking this coat would be excellent on snowmobiles/quads in the winter, as you'd have that airflow from moving quickly, perhaps even downhill skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, hunting (under your orange vest or whatnot)... but fat biking through the trails, shoveling snow in the driveway, walking behind a snow blower... those things, "for me", this coat was simply too warm! Don't get me wrong though, I absolutely LOVE this coat! I think it's outright insane how warm I've been in this thing, and will do my best to keep it in tact for as long as humanly possible! But I'm also going to look for a milder coat to wear for my more vigorous activities... something with ventilation under the armpits and across the mid-upper back... like the old Gore-Tex jacket I had ~20 years ago in the Marines. (Extremely wind & water resistant, had zippers under each armpit to let those breath, and I think that one also had a small flap across the back with another zipper or velcro there). If Wantdo did that to a jacket like this... added zippers to the underarms at least, they'd have a phenomenal cold-weather active wear coat! (Oh, yes, I even let my S.O. wear my coat just to make sure I wasn't crazy... after all, she's always complaining that she's too cold, no matter what she's wearing.... Well, it should go without saying that I had to "make a deal" with her before she'd give it back to me!) I don't remember if I looked up to see what this coat was rated at, as in, what temperatures it's said to be good for, and there's a chance "I" may be biologically out of whack... but I did wear this on several sub-zero mornings without getting so much as a chill.

BUY IT NOW or YOU LOSE!!
What a number one jacket for the price... HOLLY COW!!! It fit me like a glove and produced items I thought were never available for this price of jacket! One packet is on the inside of that coat and a rather good sized one at that. Three packages on the outside of the coldk three packages on the outside of the Coat/Jacket. Two large package where are you at expect your hands to fit in one good size pocket on the left upper side of your chest which is ideal for your cell phone! When you stick your hands into the sleeves there is actually a extended piece of material that you put your thumb through Separately with your fingers going through the other opening to keep the jacket tight and tight around your wrist. To top that off, you can adjust both ends of your sleeve with Velcro clasp tighteners to keep out in the wind. I put my gloves on and then adjusted those strap and no air what so ever went up my arms. At the bottom of the coat there are snaps you can attach any ski pants too. Also you can tighten up the bottom of your jacket tight against your buddy with the heavy duty strap. Even though it was not made in America it sure fooled me! If you don’t but is this coat/jacket You have missed out on one great piece of clothing! It is warm and rain proof to top it off. Buy it now!

Between sizes, need a small and a half
I really like this coat, but I seem to be between the men's size medium and small: the medium is just too big, and the small is a bit tight in the chest. I am a female (5'4" around 135#') but wanted to try the men's with the fleece lining that goes all the way to the bottom of the hem for warmth on my hips, and b/c the men's coats are a bit thicker than the women's. I liked the dark blue color which was very atttractive, the hem fit just below my hips, the fleece lining was fuzzy and warm, and does keep the hips warmer than the coats with the snow or powder skirt, if the coat fits close to your hips; which is another reason I wanted to try the men's, as they fit closer to the hips, are a little longer in length, and thicker than the women's. Now this looked very attractive on, but as I said I tried the size medium and it was just too big, and looked like it, with the sleeves hanging below my wrists and the coat bowing out a bit to make me look like I am fat. But the size small fit perfect at the hips (I have slim hips), and the length of the arms was alright, but a bit too tight at the chest, so I could barely layer anything under it. Sigh. I would need a size small and a half. This jacket was thicker than the women's that has the fleece all the way down to the hem, but I am just between sizes. A nice coat however.

Kept Us Warm and Dry on the Slopes
Bought this for a family ski trip, where temperatures ranged from the low 20s down to the mid-teens, with wind chills sometimes dropping below zero. Since we were mostly beginners, there was a lot of falling into the snow. The jacket held up extremely well and kept us so warm that we were able to remove some underlayers to avoid sweating. No snow got inside, so we stayed completely dry. Great product—I would definitely buy it again.

Worth a buy
This Wantdo Men's Mountain Waterproof Ski Jacket is seriously impressive, especially for the price! I recently took it snowboarding, and it kept me super warm and totally held up against the elements. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed; it really far exceeded my expectations, even when comparing it to a pricier Columbia jacket. If you're looking for a warm, reliable, and budget-friendly option for winter sports or just cold weather, this one's a winner.

Turned heads at Vail
I went Keto and lost 30% of my body weight in 2019 and went from an XL to a Medium shirt size. All my ski gear was huge on me so when we planned a ski trip to Vail for just before Christmas I had to find a new ski coat. I had just taken my entire wardrobe to the Wear ‘n Share at church and bought a new wardrobe so I really didn’t want to spend a lot. I found this on Amazon and ordered the blue in a Large so I can wear a sweater under it, because I am now always cold without all that built-in insulation. It fits as expected and held up to a week of skiing no problem. The weather was COLD, below zero every morning with highs in the teens. I was very comfortable in this coat! The only minor complaint I have is that the zippers are all the narrow type of zipper which makes them hard to operate with gloves on and/or one-handed. Name brand skiwear typically uses heavy-duty zippers that seem to operate more smoothly and facilitate one-handed use like when you are on a ski lift and holding your poles with one hand and need to get something out of a pocket. True story... was skiing at Vail and getting on a lift randomly with a celebrity decked out in super expensive designer skiwear. The lift operator called out, “Hey, nice jacket! What brand is that?” I assumed he was speaking to the celebrity and I complimented them on their outfit. The lift operator said “No, I like that blue! Where did you get that jacket?” I received a fist bump from my new bestie on the lift when I confided in them that it was less than a hundred bucks on Amazon. I’ll probably get another expensive ski coat in the future. One that has zippers in the arm pits and other features that “real” skiwear incorporates and this lacks. For now, I’m wearing this coat around town a lot and am very happy with it. I did treat it with NeverWet to be sure that it is truly waterproof and that works very well.

Now I feel 'cool' at the ski villiages in my Wantdo
Not being a massive snow guy, I took a 'normal jacket' for a snow weekend with my family. It was awful. I had snow going down my neck, the fir on the collar just melted the snow causing me to get more wet. I went to the fancy stores at the ski village and found a decent Northface Jacket but it cost over $350. I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money on a jacket. I continued to be jealous of my wife's jacket that had a proper hood to keep the snow out of your neck. I felt like I was uncool wearing an improper jacket for the conditions. I came home and started searching on Amazon and came across this. From the reviews, it looks like a Chinese brand that had some initial challenges in manufacturing, issues with zippers and so forth, which have since been resolved. I bought it and took it to Mammoth Mountain for the weekend. It works great. I felt cool, despite the unknown name "Wantdo". Arguably, this jacket might be too warm for the snow if you happen to be very active while outdoors. But it was below 30F, windy, and snowing all weekend, and it worked great for me. The jacket was comfortable, plenty warm (but not too warm) and has plenty of pockets and cinches to keep the snow out. On Day 3 I was still finding new features of this jacket. I realized it had a kind of glove built-in to the inside of the jacket that goes around your wrist and thumb to keep the snow out of the arms. I didn't use it, but the elastic design stayed around my wrist and made a nice seal anyway. For the cost, I'm very impressed. Highly recommended.

Great Warm Jacket / Great Value
This is really the first clothing purchase I have made on Amazon since I was weary the actual fit since I am a large guy. The description and sizing was accurate and the jacket is allot warmer then expected. I went comfortable in -30 C with a windchill of -46 C temperatures. I would recommend this jacket.

Nice material and satisfied.
This jacket is waterproof. And the very warm jacket this is what I was looking for. I usually do buy a small size all the time and so I did that which fits nicely. Not heavy not too light. This is what I was looking for. Sellers did shipping before the time and even delivery was before the expected time. Thank you to the seller and the delivery department for fulfilling the needs. I would like to recommend this to everyone who is looking for a warm jacket that fits perfectly with your regular clothes as usual.

Beyond expectation
When I bought this, I just wanted a jacket that will give me warmth and is waterproof that will be good enough for short walks with my dog on cold rainy days in Vancouver. But it gave me more than that. It is really comfortable and gives me warmth for sub zero temperatures and keeps me dry for even much longer walks under the winter rain. Great materials! For a lesser price than better known brands, this is a much better buy.

Good fit, sturdy jacket
So far an happy with this purchase. I haven’t worn the jacket in the snow yet so will add to this review once I have. I am 6’5” and purchased an XXL which fits perfectly. The arm lengths are just right and the length of the jacket is also perfect. I like the cuff which has thumb holes for an extra level of protection and the fleece lining seems like it will be really warm. I’ll be using the jacket in temps of between -1 and -12C and will add to my review after I’ve tried it out in the snow.

Great jacket
Really warm water proof jacket. The hood is a little big but other than that it's perfect.
