I can’t say enough good things about these little cushions! Our Samsung front loading washing machine used to sit on a pedestal and worked fine for a while however I started noticing the spin cycle was slowly getting louder and louder until finally one day I heard a nasty thumping then finally a banging sound during the spin cycle. The washer had moved so much that it started hitting our cabinets and it even bent one of the screw in adjuster feet at the bottom of the pedestal. I called a repair guy and he said it was done with and I should buy a new washing machine. I was sad because all though I bought it second hand I hadn’t owned it that long. I didn’t feel right about getting rid of my washing machine at that point either. I decided to take the pedestal off to lower the washers center of gravity and use these as a sort of raiser so the washer wouldn’t be too low to the ground. I tightened all the washer legs and slightly adjusted them to where the machine was level. Then I simple placed these under the washer feet. It took maybe 10 cycles but each cycle got lower and lower with the vibrations. Now I can barely hear any knocking or thumping even when washing large blankets and the machine actually cleans our clothes better. I don’t use the pedestal anymore but that’s alright. These are worth every penny! Most of my family ordered some for themselves because they seen how effective they are. Highly recommend! Great product that will save you from major repairs!

Bought these pads to stop my washing machine from walking around the basement floor. Works PERFECTLY! Every time we do laundry the machine is exactly where we left it when the cycle completes. No more roaming!Installation is straightforward, though not necessarily simple. You simply place the pads under the feet of your washing machine. Lifting the machine to do that is a whole other story.Please note, very important, that these will NOT stop your washing machine from shaking. In some cases, it might actually get worse at low speed cycles. What these do is absorb the shock and sway, so the machine doesn't "walk" during these cycles.Highly recommended, though I expect them to lose effectiveness over time as they compress under the weight of the washer. I'll probably buy a set once a year as a preventative measure.

I wasn’t expecting such a simple product to make such a noticeable impact, but these anti-vibration pads worked exactly as advertised. After installing them under my washing machine, the vibration and noise during spin cycles were significantly reduced, and the machine no longer shifts or “walks” across the floor.Installation took only a few minutes—just lift each corner and place the pads underneath. No walking. Reduced noise to such a low level...really low. Wish I had found these years ago. Installation is difficult, but only because of what it is...something going under a heavy appliance that's intended to keep them from moving. So you can't finagle them under and then slide it into place. It won't move. Definitely a two-man job to line everything up (helps if one is thin with long arms). Recommendation: get the washer done first since it's heaviest. Using a jack or those inflatable air-bag things from hardware store would've been really helpful. Outside of installation pains, I can't recommend these enough. Such a simple, smart solution!

These do reduce the vibration transmitted to the floor, but they are too soft. My new washer is a 220 lb front-loader and these pads let it wobble a lot because they're so soft. The washer doesn't walk at all, but it should not wobble this much either. Firmer pads are needed for today's heavier machines. The same material in a solid shape would probably be ok. These pads are NOT solid underneath. I wish the ad had a picture of the bottom - I thought they were solid. They would work better for things under 100 lbs.

I have a second floor laundry room in a wood framed house. It was unbelievably loud when they ran. The vibrations would be so bad it would shake the door to the laundry room during the spin cycle. These feet 100% solved the problem and made it quiet. Get these now if you have that problem, you will not regret it.

When they first arrived I was sceptical. The rubber pads seem flimsy and thin, but WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our washer is on the second floor of a small townhouse, so spinning cycle caused vibrations feltat the floor and the room adjacent to the wash room. We had a black rubber squares before and: 1) washer kept shaking and shifting, and 2) falling off the pads, 3) they did not absorb vibrations well at all. Once we replaced squares with those pads: washer stayed put and I cannot feel vibrations even standing right in front of the washer! Amazing little things! You need to give them a try.
