CRUSADER SM PAINT SET+ ENG

These were my first minis ever and they were terrific to build and paint. The sprews were admittedly a bit tough, but nothing a pair of snips couldn't handle. Paint went on smoothly with the only errors being my own - again; first ever minis so there were a few! But they came out great. Even got to kitbash one with a necron that I broke accidentally (xenos.....pitiful!). All in all, a brilliant buy for those starting out their fight for the Emperor! Edit - please note that I got an extra from a start collecting magazine - the kit does only come with 3 to build.

Great starter set! Has everything you could need to start learning to paint. Though I’d recommend you start painting cheep toy soldiers rather then slam down a 20 buck for some deluxe minis. But all in all I’ve learned to paint and they turned out okay. I can’t wait to paint more!

After contemplating taking the plunge into Warhammer 40k, I finally deciding to just go for it. This was my first set that I have ever painted. I ordered this along with a simple tool set, some brushes, and an artist mat. I am happy to say that not only am I now super interested in painting more, but I am also rather surprised at how fun and cathartic this hobby is. I have not really painted anything since I was a little kid, but I am thankful that getting used to the ABSOLUTELY INSANE detail that these figures possess is actually my favorite thing to undertake on a project. If you are on the fence about taking the leap, all I will say is do it. Life is too short to just sit by and wonder what if. Painting these figures may sink a fair amount of money, but what hobby doesn't cost a pretty penny? Just looking at them after the hours you have given them is so rewarding, and I cannot wait to do even more in the future.

The pack came a little damaged but everything inside was ok. The pack offers 3 minis, 6 tiny bottles of paint (12 ml) and a brush. I think what you get is pretty good for the price. You'll get just a taste of the hobby; you can't play with only 3 models but with this you can see if you like the hobby or not without the need of investing a lot of money

Package was delivered quick and in good condition. No missing or broken parts or ruined paint. Aside from a pallet, a glass of water or two and some snips/hobby knife to cut out and clean the pieces, everything you need to get started is included. The model is all push-fit, so no glue required. Just remember to give each paint a good shake before use. I highly recommend this set if you’re interested in getting into the hobby.

This was my first ever miniature building/painting and it was super fun, it is a great starter pack to get you introduced to the hobby. The only downside is that it didnt come with enough paint colors to properly paint the miniature with all the chapter colors as shown on the box. Highly recommended product if you wanna try out the hobby without spending too much.

I bought this set as a way to get into the hobby. Everything came as ordered, nothing was damaged, nothing was out of place. Overall, it was in good quality and it was a great introduction to the hobby. P.S. doesn't come with primer though, need to buy that separately.

Everything came undamaged except the box because Amazon thinks envelopes are a good idea. Models are easy to build and easy to paint. Only issue is if you’re planning on using them for a chapter other than Ultramarines as you’ll have to sand the icons off of the shoulders.
