How do you replace the disc tip?

You just gently pull it out, also the opposite end will unscrew as it's storage for new tip, hopefully this is helpful

Is this any good for writing and drawing?

The round disk at the end, is bit big but you do get use to it after a bit, but yes I've use mine to draw with and to doodle with note writing ..I hope this helps ,it's a well made pen ..

does this work on a tablet?
