Unfortunately, after just 6 weeks of light use, headset stopped working altogether. No charging indicator showing, red light in second cradle-charger, headset on charge for 12-15 hours, no sound after @ 1 minute of operation, Contacted Amazon who immediately issued an RMA-shipping label and promise to refund. Too bad, a seemingly superb product done in by its technology. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An effective device for boosting comprehension of TV audio *by D***Z on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2016* The TruDio wireless headphones work exactly as advertised, and can make it easier for those of us who have some hearing loss--particularly at spoken word frequencies--to hear our favorite TV programs. The product is easy to install whether you have a newer TV with optical connections or an older one with RCA plug connections. Sound fidelity is surprisingly good even at the higher volumes. There is modest background noise as with most such devices but it is not at all objectionable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Well Made, Well Designed Product *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2016* I purchased the TrueDio unit after having used a Sennheiser 410 unit for several years. The TrueDio uses radio frequencies to transmit sound whereas the Sennheiser model uses infra-red (line of sight) frequencies. The TrueDio seems a little heavier than the Sennheiser. but is comfortable enough and the radio frequency transmission is a lot more convenient. The TrueDio is a little cheaper ($140) than the Sennheiser ($150). I plan to use both units as we have two TVs.
