Yes, this gel is specifically for tray whitening. This is the most gentle formula gel with amazing whitening results. You can wear this gel in your trays for one hour or overnight. Whiten for 7-10 days in succession (once a day) until you achieve your desired shafde of white - then only whiten (or touch up) as needed.

Is this product ok to use after brushing my teeth daily at night?

Yes. It works perfectly after you've brushed your teeth. You can wear it in your trays for 60 minutes or overnight. Whether you would wear the gel EVERY day without taking a break is not necessary.
