I bought this Mikolo LAT and Lift Pulley System last year, and it’s been excellent from day one. The build quality is solid, the cables run smoothly, and the setup was straightforward. It’s held up really well with regular use and has become one of the most versatile parts of my home gym. Everything arrived on time, well-packaged, and without any damage — exactly what you want when ordering gym equipment online. I’ve used it for lat pulldowns, triceps work, and a variety of accessory lifts, and it performs better than I expected for the price. Overall, very happy with this purchase. It’s a great choice for anyone building a compact home gym.

Great item, definitely recommend if you have home gym. Literally all you need is this and you can pretty much hit any muscle. If you want to do lats tho you’re gonna have to buy separate attachments. I would recommend buying a chain or a longer strap since the original strap is only long enough for 2-3 inch circumference bars, anything thicker than that is too much. Max weight I ever put on it was two plates for lat pulldowns. Honestly the only way this won’t hold the weight is if the actual bar it’s set on can hold it.

Highly impressed with the sturdiness of this cable system! The utter simplicity of it greatly justifies the value for the money. The kit includes two cables; a 72" and 90". Contrary to other reviews, neither cable is too long or short. It is based on your height, your arm length, and where you choose to mount the cable/pulley. I experimented with a ceiling joist mount and a heavy bag bracket. (See my pictures). For a 6' tall male, the ceiling joist mount and the 72" cable works perfect. The heavy bag mount was too low. I plan to use the 90" cable with a second (separately purchased) pulley; despite the instructions saying that you can do biceps and back routines with this kit, this is not possible without a second pulley because you need to invert the motion. The cable and pulley are very nice quality and sturdy. I was able to load 50lbs and conduct a triceps pulldown routine without concern. Definitely recommend!

Works great for method number one, horribly for method number two. I use it only for triceps excersises and lat pull downs, etc. because of that issue. I do not use it for cable curls. etc. Construction of product itself is great. It is a definite, cheaper alternative to expensive cable machines if you only need method #1.

This is a great addition to any home gym. It arrived in a sealed box with all the parts included, and assembly was very easy. It can hold a significant amount of weight and can be used for a variety of drills. The pricing is also excellent, and it's a must-have for anyone who enjoys exercising at home. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't yet comment on its long-term durability.

This little system has worked out great so far, after about a year of use. Very durable cable and attachment strap. The horn has held up without any issues even while stacking relatively heavy loads. Very easy to attach weights and can be secured to either a ceiling rafter or home gym system. Multiple different workouts can be done, though, you may need to find different attachments for them depending on what you plan to be doing. Cables glide smooth, no tearing of the outer layers. All in all, a good, affordable option for a home gym.

This is an excellent Lat/Lift pulley system , even better than I thought it would be!!

It’s definitely worth the price for your home gym. It does swing a lot out offers a variety of exercises. Also easy to set up If you don’t want to buy or have space for a lat tower this will hold you over.

Excellent addition to my home gym. I was worried about it snapping whilst doing heavy tricep pull downs but was pleasantly suprised about how much weight it could take and how smoothly it flowed. I cant fault it. I literally attached it to my pull up and dip station and was all set to go. Easy to set up fun to use good value for money. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Would definitely recommend

I’m more than happy with this item. I was a little worried as to what it was going to be like but I needn’t have been. It all looks and performs as I’d hoped. It all appears to be well manufactured. It does have a silent wheel as advertised, there’s a choice of wires, both of which seem strong to take more weight than I will ever use. I have only used 45kg with it and that was fine, no problems. All round a great addition to have to exercise my back, biceps and triceps. Would recommend.
