J-B Weld™ Syringe Original Cold-Weld™ Two-Part Epoxy System, Ultra-Fast Setting Time, High Strength, Suitable for All Metals and Other Materials, Dark Grey 25ml

Bought this epoxy adhesive to glue magnets onto my front door letterbox which was rattling during recent high winds. The magnets, now securely in place, allow a firm grip of the outer flap without the postman noticing the additional effort required in lifting the flap for mail. The epoxy resin fixes metal to metal and is completely cured within 12-18 hours. I had to take care that only the magnets were glued to the metal parts of the letterbox as any overspill would have resulted in the letterbox being totally sealed as this resin sets rock solid.

Astonishing product. For the prize its repaire propertise are remarkable. Used to fix debris damage on an engine sump.

Use to repair / plug hole in lawn mower deck. The deck of the law mower had rusted through in places and I used this as a metal filler to plug the holes after I cleaned them up. Seem to have done the job.

This stuff is really good. I was a bit dubious at first as it’s quite loose when it comes out of the syringe and stays the same on application which, to be fair, helped me out. It stayed sticky for hours afterwards causing me to think it isn’t set properly or my mix want correct. However after leaving it overnight it solidified into a really strong bond which hasn’t budged since. For reference I used it to repair a broken weld on a bar stool frame.

Great fix a whole saved me loads

I've got a 'Woden' vice that my dad had for years and I've had it now for 45 yrs, one of the Jaws broke. I tried every way I could to get the sheared screws out, in the end I gave it in as a bad job, so I cut some metal plate down to use as a jaw plate and stuck it on with about a 2p size of resin filler, gave it ample covering and clamped it shut for 2 days, sanded the excess off when it had set, put a pair of draper magnetic Jaws over the top and works as good as it did 40 yrs ago. I'm well impressed by this stuff. Thoroughly recommend.

I was wary with this product as I usually use Devcon, but that carries a premium price now, so I gave this a go. It mixes easily if not a tad too wet, but given time it thickens and sets. Setting time is best left overnight, but I can't knock it. Has worked well, and has proven to be sandable. Nothing gets 10/10, but this is a solid 9/10. I used it btw on a model with 50 yr old plastic, and on mounting ski bindings.

takes 6 hours to set. strong permanent bond though. recommend

This product is very good. It cures very well and it sets properly hard. Good for industrial use. I used it in my car. For a coolant tank crack but unfortunately didn't work well for me, but the product is good.

This epoxy is perfect. I use it to weld pinbacks to enamel pins. It's so sturdy. Even with the expensive shipping to the Netherlands worth every penny.

Aaaalso, dieser 2K kleber, hat in vielen Situation haufenweise Geld erspart, Beschreibung beachten und auch so umsetzen, 1 zu 1 mischen bis es schön grau wird, auftragen/einschmieren, wenn nötig nachbearbeiten, wenn man mit der Arbeit selbst fertig ist, lasst es am besten, im TROCKENEN und +15°C bereich trocknen. Es ist kein Sekundenkleber. Wenn es trocken ist, kann man nachschleifen, je nach bedarf bearbeiten. Besseres als das, habe ich bis jetzt noch nie gesehen. Sehr Gut für Heimwerker bis Bastler, sogar Handwerker.
