It dissolves quickly in warm water and rinses through the sinuses. It’s even prevented sinus infections quite well. It’s non irritating, helps me breathe better with fewer allergies and the price is great!My Dr was going to put me on a regular antibiotic for my sinuses. Taking antibiotics is really hard on the human body. Thanks to this and my Neti pot, she doesn’t need to now.
