Super Star Cream Peroxide Developer 40 Volume - 16 Oz

This 40 Volume Developer works great! It’s strong and effective for lightening dark hair to blonde. The consistency is smooth, mixes well with bleach or color, and applies evenly without clumping. I was able to lift my hair several levels with great results. ⚠️ Just a note: because it’s 40 volume, it’s very powerful, so I recommend it for people who have some experience with hair coloring. Make sure to do a strand test and use deep conditioner afterward to keep your hair healthy. Overall, I’m very happy with this developer — it does exactly what it promises!

It provides a strong lift—perfect for going 2 to 4 levels lighter—without overly drying out the hair when used correctly.
