Can this device be used for Jeevan Pramaan digital life certificate generation for pensioner?

I was told this is the device for remote online lease registration, as it is linked with adhaar card. I tried setting up this device on my laptop - using windows 10. It did't setup properly, not sure where the issue is. I will have to reach to secugen support. Can't say if this can be used for Jeevan Pramaan certificate. May be it can be used, if adhaar id has to be used

No. This does not work with Jeewan Pramaan. You need “Hamster Pro 20”.
