Well when it arrived I thought oh god looking at the instructions, they are complicated. Best thing to do with them is the bin. Straight up, you don’t need them, just plug the monitor in use the mode that even comes with it, set up the simple country date time etc, connect it to your wifi which was really quick, then fit cameras where you want them, and the best bit as soon as plugged in they just work! Omg this was the easiest piece of equipment that I have bought and installed and I am definitely no tech genius, once installed the cameras that come with it you could even add more on again if you want to, you can click on each of the images and zoom in if you want to the picture quality is brilliant, right click to get out of the image. It took me quite some time to work this out which was the only part that I found suddenly oh God, how do we get out of this one camera but it was as simple as that it’s only been up a day so I haven’t had the chance to see how easy and simple it is to find playbacks at certain times if he was to look for something of an incident but for CCTV monitoring to see what’s going on around a yard a garden or wherever I don’t think it gets much better for this and the value is brilliant, a friend putting a system that cost a few thousand there’s no comparison. Only down side to connect your phone it wants your credit card details!! Says it won’t take a payment but all the same!! This sadly I won’t do so can’t use my phone for them but for general surveillance, it’s a good bit of kit

I wanted a Security camera system which could monitor outdoor and indoor area of my house. After researching I settled for Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System model number 8WK-12V-4HB312-3T. It’s an excellent system. It was quick to configure, easy to install and the night vision is also good plus the 3 TB hard disk which records from the cameras is a great feature. The system also does not burn a hole in the pocket and one can easily setup the system as a novice DIY like myself. It was delivered the next day. The system is very simple to configure. In fact was pleasantly surprised to see all the four cameras were pre-configured and immediately synched up with the NVR unit. A few tips before installing the cameras which can make life very simple: • Mark the locations where you want to install the cameras. Measure the distance from the camera to the 230V AC plug point. In my case two cameras needed an extension lead. You can buy 12V DC 5.5x2.1mm as shown in the picture from Amazon or any other site for £3 to £5 depending on the length of the cable. • The cameras come with three leads and in many instances only 12V DC lead is required to power the cameras. Unfortunately, the two remaining leads are not required but their size is big and one does not want to drill a big hole in the wall. I bought a small weatherproof outdoor junction box as shown and housed these two leads in this box and only drilled a small hole to take the 12V DC lead inside. The junction box costs only between £4 to £10. • Next power all the cameras and the NVR unit. You will see within minutes all the four cameras can be seen on the NVR screen! • Now take the individual cameras and try putting them approx. where you want to install them and power them temporarily. Check if the NVR unit still shows all the cameras. • Good part of this system is that the NVR unit has its own Wifi system and one does not need to connect the cameras to your own Wifi wireless or wired • In my case one camera could not connect to the NVR unit due to some internal walls blocking the signal or possibly due to the distance from the camera to the NVR. The great part is that Hiseeu supplies you an external antenna. I connected the same to this camera as shown. This external antenna boosts the signal and my camera got connected to the NVR unit! • Once you have completed the above steps. Download the App on your mobile and as per instructions connect to the NVR unit. Scan the barcode from the NVR to setup your App on the mobile. This way it is easy to setup the App. • App is great as it allows you to also talk via the speaker of the camera with anyone on the other side of the camera! • You can add further max four cameras if you wish Overall very pleased with the system.

I did a lot of research into budget CCTV systems for my property including Ring Systems, and I found this to be most appropriate. The issue with Ring and other similar cameras, although very good quality, is the fact you have to have a subscription to view/save camera playback. Additionally, if the WiFi/Internet was to fail, the no recordings would be saved to the cloud. So, with the Hiseeu system everything is saved locally and internet is only required if needing to view remotely. The package itself comes with everything you need to set up, including HDMI cable to view on external monitor/TV, network cable for connecting to router if needed, extended WiFi aerial for low spots and all necessary power bricks. Out of the box, it is simply plug and play, all the cameras and the base unit have already been configured and once switch on, all connect seamlessly to the base unit. I would strongly recommend testing the units once out of the box to ensure all is working correctly and then position the cameras to approximately where you want to fix them, to see if WiFi reception is adequate and any adjustments can be made before permanent fixing. That way if any resetting/positioning of cameras won't involve climbing up ladders/trees/balconies to adjust anything! Once set up, everything runs automatically. I have two cameras runung 24/7 and two recording motion only. One set for any motion and one for body identification. I've had the system running 24/7 for two weeks now, with no issues and 15% of hard drive space used. All in all a fantastic piece of kit for the money which can be expanded with upgraded cameras and power options. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a replacement for my camera set the screen is exactly the same as my old one replaced because night vision failed on two cameras could not get new cameras as they would not pair match so new kit.my first system was 8 years old This one have 3mp cameras much better than my old 2mp cameras but night vision is not as good as my old camaras. Day time is amazing clarity and they pick up movement twice the distance away than my old one’s other great point is the play back old one’s would pick up everything so in one hour there would be 20 odd green squares on the red line to look at this new one 2 or 3 squares depending on how much people come into my drive most days only 1 square being the mail delivery which takes seconds to look at 10 out off 10 for that it’s so simple to hook up to phone or iPad if you are away download EseeCloud app set up is simple play back also easy and good, had one question to ask supplier about the screen save on the new one emailed them and they phoned me back real quick and gave me the answer great service. This comes with a proper instruction book that explains everything which is great although I did not need it as it’s the same monitor as my old one for the price this is ever bit as good as a system twice the price super fast delivery and that’s without prime really can’t get better. My 4 cameras cover front / back and side off my property two off them are 3 walls away no problem with signal

It really is a plug-n-play system. Everything works straight away and my cameras are spread out around the house and no real issues with signal. Also great quality footage from the cameras. There’s a couple of issues for me though. Firstly the HDD is very noisy! It’s two rooms away from our bedroom and we can hear it at night. Think of a 90’s PC tower and the noise of the disk drive working away. Really annoying. My last system made over a decade ago was silent. I also notice a bit of jumping when streaming either live or recorded footage. It’s ok when you view it on the device itself but on your mobile through the app, there’s a bit of jumping. (I’m just about to upgrade the Ethernet cable to a higher class to try and stop this). Finally the app: occasionally has adverts when you load it up (which is frustrating) and I can imagine it being a bit complicating to use for some users. The basics are easy enough, but anything a little more complex like movement notifications etc throw even me. It could all be slicker. All in all, it’s a decent product for the money but has a few areas which are a bit of a let down. Super easy to install though, so for a novice it’s ideal. You can ignore all the complex stuff if you want.

This is a great set for a DIY. Easy to set up initially and also link with your phone. The customer service is second to none and if you do hit a snag the response is swift and helpful. I have contacted twice for help in setting up additional cameras to add to the system which can take up to 10 and with a query regarding the hard drive and both times have received the help I needed. I like that the monitor is separate so totally stand alone. If you want a kit to install yourself this is definitely a good choice

Disappointed – Misleading Product Description and Poor Support I purchased this security camera system expecting a reliable product with the specifications advertised. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. The system began malfunctioning not long after purchase, and by the time it completely stopped working and I contacted the company, the warranty had already expired. When I reached out for support, they advised me to reformat the hard drive. That’s when I discovered the system didn't even come with the 3TB hard drive that was advertised – it had less than 1TB. This was incredibly disappointing and feels like a clear case of being misled and missold. When you buy a product like this, you trust that you're getting what you paid for. That trust was broken in this case. Tip to future buyers: Check the hard drive capacity immediately upon purchase to ensure it matches what’s advertised. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I sent the video evidence to Amazon who said I would need to repurchase the same item to get 20% discount. Hiseeu the manufacturers just ignored it and stop responding.

This system has been very reliable with clear images, very easy to setup without the need for wiring is even better. Just plug in the cameras where ever you want them, turn on the screen and away you go I would highly recommend this company, i also have my TV’s by this company, again top quality. So if your looking for sensible pricing, and very good follow up support, then order yours with confidence. You will be surprised and happy

Telecamere di buon livello, con immagini sia diurne che notturne di buona qualità; monitor con design un pò datato con ventoline appena rumorose, ma che svolge bene il suo lavoro. Ottima la ricezione del segnale a distanza di 20 - 25 metri, nonostante la presenza di muri spessi. Nella scatola c'è tutto il necessario per il montaggio. Le telecamere e NVR sono accoppiati, quindi all'accensione, si riconoscono immediatamente. Montato da due giorni e funziona tutto alla perfezione. Inoltre basta installare l'app sullo smartphone per poter visionare i filmati, così come riportato sul manuale di istruzione. Nel complesso un buon prodotto, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Habe Mittlerweile bereits 5 Kameras des Systems angebracht, nachgekauft habe ich 4 Stück, da ich zuerst nur das 4 CH gekauft habe. Es sollen alle 8 Kameras angebracht werden. Ich habe die 3TB Festplatte getauscht, da mir die 52 Grad zu warm waren. Letztendlich gibt es die neuen WD Purple, die jetzt grade mal 37 Grad warm wird und somit vermutlich viel länger halten wird. Ich kann sagen, dass man die Kameras mit PIR und Bilderkennung betreiben kann, mit einem kleinen Aber: Sie lösen auch mal bei Schnee oder Regen aus. Ich betreibe aktuell 2 mit Bilderkennung und 3 mit PIR, wobei man hier alle fast auf niedrigste Empfindlichkeit stellen muss. Fehlalarme sind natürlich dabei, aber lieber so, als dass sie nichts erkennen würden. Hier sollte hiseeu noch an der Software arbeiten. Katzen und Marder werden ebenso erkannt wie Menschen. Die Umschaltung von Tag auf Nachtmodus erfolgt voll automatisch und das klappt wirklich gut. Die App auf dem iPhone machte beim wechsel auf iOS 15.1 Probleme, aber der wirklich lobenswerte Support direkt über Whatsapp hat mir nach 3 Tagen hin und her schreiben wirklich helfen können, nun läuft es wieder problemlos. Die App ist gut gemacht und geht schnell von der Hand. Was ich wirklich top finde, ist der WLAN Empfang. Man kann die Kameras sowohl mit POE als auch mit WLAN betreiben, der Empfang ist hier Mega. Wir haben im Abstand von 12m diagonal durch unser Haus bis in die Garage 4 von 5 Balken, besser geht es nicht, wie ich finde, ausser mit Kabel. POE war bei uns leider nicht möglich und somit ist WLAN wirklich eine gute Option für uns. Was ich etwas schade finde ist, dass man das WLAN nicht ändern kann, es wäre toll, wenn man sein eigenes WiFi einbinden könnte und auch per IP auf die Cams gelangen kann, dennoch funktioniert das System in sich super. Da wir leider kein Windows oder Mac am PC haben, und die Software für Linux, das wir nutzen nicht verfügbar ist, können wir am PC so das leider nicht nutzen. Ist aber nicht schlimm da die Handy App gut funktioniert und zum Einstellen geht man mal schnell an den 12 Zoll Monitor. Was soll ich sagen, Verbesserungswürdig ist für mich nur die Bilderkennung und die Empfindlichkeit, die mehr erkennt, als sie soll, aber das Problem haben andere Systeme auch. Die Qualität vom Bild auch über den Stream von unterwegs lässt sich einstellen, hier wird auf Datenverbrauch geachtet und erstmal in SD gestreamt, möchte man HD muss man das am Video umstellen, klappt auch sofort. Die Gegensprechfunktion haben wir im Urlaub man genutzt, wir und der Postbote kamen super klar damit, funktioniert auch gut. Zwei Kameras wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, habe ich ohne die Original Netzteile neben der Dachrinne montiert und diese werden von einem 12V3A Netzteil versorgt über den Original Stecker, das ist auch kein Problem und somit hat man Ersatz Netzteile für die anderen Kameras übrig. Wir haben die Kameras jetzt seit September 2021 in Betrieb und sind damit wirklich zufrieden. Wir überlegen noch die Anschaffung einer PTZ für den Eingang. Das Menü des Systems ist an manchen Stellen noch etwas schlecht übersetzt, aber die Bedienung ist eigentlich trotzdem selbsterklärend und geht gut von der Hand. Wir haben mit 3 Kameras Anfangs 3 volle Monate in HD aufgenommen und hatten 1,6TB verbraucht, vielleicht auch interessant zu wissen. Wenn die 3TB aufgebraucht sind, überschreibt das System automatisch die älteren Aufnahmen und startet 24/7 von vorne. Fácil instalación.

Per un non esperto come me, il software è facile da usare. L'installazione è super intuitiva. Il manuale è redatto in maniera semplice, tale da poter installare il sistema in pochi minuti. Telecamere robuste. Le immagini sia diurne che notturne di buona qualità. Ottimo il segnale wi-fi, nel nostro caso 25 metri superando due muri prima di arrivare all’unità centrale. L'unità centrale con monitor e Hard Disk è collocata nel soggiorno e non produce alcun rumore. Il backup e la riproduzione dei video sono molto semplici. Da gennaio non ho mai perso un minuto di video e audio (tranne, ovviamente, quando è saltata la corrente). Questo aspetto era ed è per me di fondamentale importanza, per tale motivo ho aspettato molto prima di scrivere questa recensione. Ho scelto questo marchio perché c'erano molti commenti positivi sul servizio post-vendita. Ho lasciato accidentalmente il trasformatore di una camera sotto la pioggia, mi hanno risposto subito, risolvendo il problema. È comprensibile il motivo per cui ha così tanti commenti positivi.

Produit excellent. L’installation est extrêmement simple, les caméras se connectent automatiquement sans fil au système. L’écran est déplaçable partout dans les locaux sans aucun problème. Le disque dur est intégré, ce qui facilite la gestion des enregistrements. Il est également possible de définir des zones d’alarme, avec sirène et flash lumineux intégrés, pour renforcer la sécurité. L’application est très facile à mettre en place et à utiliser. Je recommande fortement ce kit pour sa qualité d’image et sa praticité.
