very complicated and difficult to finally get working. documentation is terrible. once it is setup and the computer has the right software these are amazing.

Do not buy this if you plan to cast video. They have a separate software to multi cast. That's all it does, it not updated for windows 11 so good luck finding an old device to use it with. When you do, it's so slow and laggy it's not even worth the effort. 4k? It couldn't even stream 1080p smoothly. I bought 4 of these. so guess what they all failed. I even tried just streaming to one only. Omfg garbage! My chrome cast stick that's like 8 years old work better then this garbage. And that thing was $25 bucks. Only buy this if your displaying images. That's it, anything else media is a nightmare. And if anyone is questioning my router. It was right next to the device! Garbage I tell you, I have 4 tvs right now that I gotta run hdmis through since this device was an epic fail.

I’ve used other casting products which were pretty laggy, so I am really impressed by its casting performance with a short response time. Only slight delay and good picture quality. The concept is also pretty cool. There are many useful tools I would love to use on my presentations. If you are on smart devices, the app allows you to whiteboard on the big screen, which I think is really awesome. I am happy with it so far. No running into any issues. Overall it’s a great product.

Got it to cast to two tv’s in our conference room as desired. Had a little trouble with the audio, but for the most part works like we want, but takes a little getting used too

Was really excited for this product as it does exactly what our small business needs: 1. 4K wireless display to our conference room monitor 2. Apps for Apple & Android devices to mirror 3. Seemingly ease of use But, in reality, there were too many "bugs", disconnection problems, inability to actually get 4K & just too difficult to use in order to be effective for our employees to use regularly. Having to reconnect to the device's wifi every time, with it then passing through "normal wifi" to get internet access is clumsy. There were many times we would just lose a connection and have to restablish it. The mobile apps aren't very user friendly. When all is said and done, our existing Microsoft wireless adapter is very simple, and just works well. I wish we could get 4K resolution with it to maximize our Monitor's capabilities, but a simple effective way to get 1080P that just simply works is much better than the claim of 4K that is too cumbersome to use.

Firmware good. But the hardware was defective. The memory chip is melting. I can fix a lot of things but not this. I thought the CPU was the problem. I put a heat sink on it. But it was the IC next door. I hope I get my refund? Because I made none invasive modifications.

Funktioniert ohne Probleme. Ich verwende den Stick mit meinem iPad, habe aber auch schon Windows Rechner unter Verwendung der EZ-Cast-App verbunden. Zur Stromversorgung nutze ich eine kleine PowerBank, falls ich gerade keine USB-Buchse oder Steckdose zur Verfügung habe.

Streaming a movie to it delivers a terrible expirience because every often the frames pause for a millisecond or two and then catch up. Really not suitable for watching movies
