I recently moved to small rental and my standard machine is in storage. I have a pair of merino wool pants with an elastic waist that never fit right. I decided to tailor them to fit better but had no way to sew them back up. So for the low price, I picked up this tiny machine and it did the trick! Sewed through all 3 layers of wool and elastic with no issues! I am really pleased, and it takes up so little space. I only used the straight stitch and back stitch, but it has many others too. You can use it manually with the foot pedal or set it to sew automatically with the switch (low/high). Has a bobbin winder too. I’d say it’s perfect for someone who needs to occasionally mend or alter something.

This is a toy sewing machine. I bought it for a travel machine to take on vacations, I am asked by family to make repairs when I visit. It does make all the stitches it says, but the machine is plastic, lightweight not for sewing more than child crafts. The gripper teeth did not hold the fabric and when I stopped pedaling to advance the fabric the seam would go crooked. The presser foot was attached wrong or was bent or something because all 3 needles that came with the machine broke when using the zigzag stitch. I was hoping I could make the machine work and use my skills to work around the machine’s issues. But after the 3rd needle broke I was so frustrated because there is no way the machine could do anything except simple seams that came out crooked anyway. This was priced at more than the machines that were advertised as toys so I thought it was better but it’s not. I would buy this as a toy machine for my daughter if it was priced the same as other toy machines.

It is loud. It's good for simple sewing project. I just made an apron.

Dentro de los parámetros de lo que es cumple, sin esperar que sustituya a un equipo profesional.

Cons: Very difficult to thread. Speed w/foot pedal difficult to control, no control over manual speed using button on machine. Bobbin was a nightmare to fill with no guide for an even fill. Thread had to be manually guided. Stitch length selection extremely limited. Pros: Lightweight and convenient in a pinch. Inexpensive and delivery speed was exceptional. I have 50 plus years of experience sewing. My "big girl" had to go in for service and I had commission pieces and deadlines for completion. NOT FOR BEGINNERS or young folks who are learning.

My wife is a wildlife photographer and I use this little machine to modify her pop up and portable blinds. This little machine is just what was needed to make in field adjustments and modifications. It works very well on the thin fabrics of the blind and sews zippers rather well. It does a very good job on the velcro material. The foot has plenty of adjustment. The only drawback is that it goes through AA batteries very quickly. I am experimenting with the larger batteries since it can use ac power chargers for 6 volt DC 1200mA power. Overall its portability and size make it just the thing I need in the field.
