This product is easy to install and works great. I was a little discouraged because someone delayed in getting it to me on time or according to the time they said. After I received it. it was easy to install, and we have been using it with great satisfaction. I put the filter in the water sprayer hole. We hardly every used the water spray and it fit right in the hole. I left the sprayer connected and zip tied it under the sink. The water has been great. It is so much better than the one we had attached to the facet.

This filter and faucet combination is the answer for those who are tired of messing with pitcher filters or sick of spending tons of money on bottled water.Well packaged and all parts included. Installation is as simple and easy as they say. Took me all of 10 minutes and I am no plumber. Surprisingly strong flow for a carbon filter. Does not filter TDS but chlorine taste is gone.Awesome customer support. I had a concern about a factory installed connection. Contacting support, there was no "try this, try this". Agent arranged for a new unit to be sent without my having to even ask. They followed up to ensure it arrived and that all went well. Customer service as it should be. Easy to install. Replaced a coutertop filter with this undersink model and very happy with it. For filterred water, just turn on the cold water. Less clutter on the countertop, no seperate valve to turn each time you want filtered water.

Seems to be improving the flavor of our city water somewhat. It was ready to install. The water goes through so fast, I'm not sure that it's really able to do everything promised. But the water flavor does seem a little better.

Fairly simple to install, as long as you have an extra hole for it on your counter top. Tastes great and I like that you can purchase different quality levels of filters depending on your needs. I lived in an old building that had water that tasted metallic and sometimes rust, so I purchased this for my drinking water and cooking water. It completely eliminated the metal taste and made me feel much better about my living situation. A lot of filters don't eliminate metals, this one does. The water also comes out plenty fast.

No problems. Faucet is what you would expect and works fine. No leaks - carefully installed with good tools. Cannot attest to water quality other than improved taste, which was apparent (either actual or imagined)

This wasn’t too difficult to install and fit perfectly where I had a dish soap dispensar built into my sink. The water tastes great. I’m super happy with this water filter and faucet!
